Host was nice, central, could be cleaner.

Central and washing machine.

Not clean, hair in shower on arrival, smelt musky and damp, utensils in kitchen were dirty. Pillows were dirty.

Great location not so great service.

The location was and price was fantastic, the bedrooms were very nice and very clean when we arrived. The host was on time to meet us to hand over the keys which was appreciated.

We stayed at this apartment for three weeks, and while the location and price were excellent, my overall experience was disappointing due to several comfort and maintenance issues. The biggest problem was the lack of responsiveness from the property staff. When the air conditioning failed early in our stay, we contacted them immediately, but it took 2–3 days (sometimes longer) to receive any response, and in some cases, there was no reply at all. For a stay of this length, we expected at least a basic level of service. The listing also mentioned that toiletries would be provided, but there were none. We were given just one roll of toilet paper and a half-used roll of paper towels—completely inadequate for a three-week stay. As a result, we had to purchase many household supplies ourselves, including basic kitchen items like sharp knives, as the kitchen was poorly stocked. Another major issue was the electricity. Running the stove and air conditioning at the same time repeatedly caused the circuit breaker to trip. This made both cooking and staying cool incredibly frustrating. Though the apartment is advertised as accommodating four people, the furniture setup didn’t reflect that. There was seating for only 2–3 people, and it was uncomfortable. Overall, the space lacked the basic comforts you would expect for a longer stay. Finally, with a three-week stay, we expected at least minimal maintenance—such as a minor cleaning, fresh sheets, or guidance on trash disposal. We were also never given trash bags, which should be a basic provision for any rental. In summary, while the location and price were great, the lack of comfort, poor furnishings, and especially the unresponsive management significantly detracted from our experience. I would not recommend this apartment unless substantial improvements are made.

Super responsive staff. Clean, well apportioned property in a fantastic location. Easy, walk to the main pedestrian path through town.
