Location was great, in the heart of the old part of the city. Riccardo and Patrizia were terrific, they both made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself had a wonderful feel to it, like we were visiting the Italian home of friends.

Location is very central. Quiet. Clean and tidy.
Advertised as two bedrooms. On arrival, you walk into a small kitchen area with table and chairs. There is a bathroom, bedroom and a large lounge room with a bed in it. Not a true two bedroom if you want to use the lounge room.
We gave the owner adequate notice of our arrival but we were kept waiting 24 minutes in the heat after a 27 hour journey. I had to ring three times before he answered
Concierge doesn’t seem to like tourists as he was very unfriendly.

The location was great, in the historical center
Even though we did provide all info about our passport and ids, and also we’ve mentioned the approximate hour of our arrival, in the link provided, the host was not ready to receive us. The check-in was conditioned by the payment of the tourist tax. We had to pay an additional so -called “welcome” tax, and if we want to change towels the host would ask us 15 euro per person to have 1 additional towel. Washing machine had issues with the water. Also wifi didn’t work properly, only in the hall way there was some small signal.
