Apartament rezerwowałyśmy dosłownie na ostatnią chwilę z powodu problemów z naszym wcześniejszym zakwaterowaniem, dlatego podeszłyśmy z dużą wyrozumiałością do tego, że nie był od razu gotowy i ostatecznie zameldowałyśmy się około 19:30. Dużym plusem było to, że wcześniej mogłyśmy zostawić bagaże. Sam apartament był czysty, przestronny i dobrze zlokalizowany, w centrum miasta, co zdecydowanie ułatwiało zwiedzanie Neapolu.
Największym minusem było niestety otoczenie. Osoby mieszkające zarówno w tym budynku, jak i w sąsiednim, były bardzo głośne nawet w późnych godzinach nocnych – słychać było głośne rozmowy i krzyki, co utrudniało odpoczynek. Spory niesmak pozostawiła również przekazana informacja o karze w wysokości 35 € za pozostawienie włączonego światła lub klimatyzacji. Rozumiemy prośbę o oszczędzanie energii i oczywiście się do niej stosowałyśmy, jednak informowanie o dodatkowej karze, której nie zauważyłyśmy wcześniej w warunkach oferty na Booking.com, było dla nas nieprzyjemnym zaskoczeniem. Tuż przed wymeldowaniem otrzymałyśmy również informację o konieczności wyniesienia wszystkich śmieci do kontenerów przy głównej ulicy. Przy dużej liczbie bagaży jest to dodatkowe utrudnienie. Po poproszeniu o dokładną lokalizację kontenerów pozwolono nam jednak pozostawić odpowiednio uporządkowane i posegregowane śmieci w apartamencie, za co dziękujemy. Ogólnie pobyt był w porządku, ale dodatkowe zasady i potencjalne kary, o których dowiedziałyśmy się dopiero podczas pobytu, pozostawiły pewien niesmak.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Naples. The location is excellent – right in the historic center, but on a quiet street.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it easily fit five adults and one child. The kitchen was well equipped with enough dishes and everything we needed for cooking and eating. The hosts were very responsive and helpful – we always received quick replies whenever we had questions or problems.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.
There are things that could be improved. The baby cot didn’t have a mattress, so we had to improvise with blankets to make it more comfortable. The shower cabin was leaking, which made the floor around it quite wet. Also, for longer stays, it would be helpful to have better cleaning supplies, as the only broom available was on the balcony and not very clean.

The best thing about the apartment is its location. Right in the heart of the old town.
It is in the quiet bit down a narrow street that only Vespas or people can walk down. But only 2-3 mins walk in either direction and you are right in the middle of the old cobbled street with all the hustle and bustle of shops, pizzerias and cafes!
The rooms were good sizes and it had a nice large kitchen and terrace. Loved the location and the flat itself, and initially was planning on returning for another 2 nights, but found a more better maintained option.
It needs some love and attention. It needs a full repaint as the walls are very stained and full of scuff marks.
The bedrooms were good sizes - one absolutely massive! But strangely none had bedside lamps so you had to keep the super bright ceiling light on if you wanted to read before bed.
The terrace, all be it nice to have, was very dirty and no cushions to sit on so had to use towels. Could have been so much nicer with some plants and a tidy up.
The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, but quite a few chipped plates and mugs and no sharp knives.
There was an iron, but no ironing board.
The bathroom was clean and great pressure in the shower, but the design of the shower was very poor and the whole floor got absolutely soaking wet and became very slippery, and the only tool we had to use got soaked and useless in seconds.
And there wasn’t enough toilet paper so had to go and buy more.
These are all minor things, but could make the experience so much better with a bit of TLC ❤️
