The apartment is very well located for the beach, promenade, and marina area. The apartment is well equipped with a nice kitchen, bathroom and south-facing balcony. The pool area was nice and quiet, but there are no chairs or loungers there, so we carried the ones from the apartment balcony.
The biggest downside is that the property owner is a smoker, so the apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
Another issue was that when we arrived, the keys for the apartment were in a lockbox on the apartment door, however, the main entrance is closed at 8 pm, so you need the key which is in the lockbox to gain entry. Thankfully, after waiting 10mins we got lucky as someone was leaving, so we were able to get into the building, but this is far from ideal.
The final issue is that the a/c switches off after 2 hours, I understand why this is, but on a nightime, the bedrooms get hot once the a/c turns off. I can't imagine what it would be like in peak summer.

Nothing all ok

Excellent location, pool, TV/WiFi, communications and response times from James were exceptional.
Overall an excellent apartment but one or two tiny dated elements like a clunky balcony door and lock and power button cover missing on air con panel. Tiny criticisms of an overall issue excellent apartment though.
