We had a lovely stay in this spacious two-bedroom property in Benalmádena. The photos really don’t do it justice, as the property is even better in person! There was plenty of space, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were also some lovely thoughtful touches left around the property, which made us feel welcome. The owners were very helpful and proactive, providing clear instructions and key collection details in advance, which made checking in straightforward and stress-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
The walls inside the property are quite thin, so some noise from neighbouring properties can be heard. The internal corridor leading to the apartment is also quite dark and would benefit from a sensor light to make it easier to navigate, particularly at night. These are just small suggestions for improvement and didn’t detract from our overall enjoyable stay.

Obiekt w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji z pięknym widokiem na morze. Obsługa obiektu umożliwiła nam wejście do apartamentu 2h wcześniej. Dodatkowo w cenie transfer do obiektu był zrealizowany perfekcyjnie. Obok przystanek autobusowy. Przy ulicy bardzo dużo restauracji. Zaledwie 15 min od stacji kolejowej gdzie do centrum Malagi można dojechać w 15 min eską. Przy ulicy wypożyczalnia samochodów w dobrej cenie. Bardzo dużo miejsc parkingowych bezpłatnych wokół obiektu. Obiekt czysty i w odróżnieniu do apartamentu w centrum Malagi naszych znajomych nie mieliśmy karaluchów. W obiekcie winda, domofon. Możliwość opuszczenia obiektu przez zatrzaśnięcie drzwi więc nie trzeba czekać na obsługę apartamentu w celu zdania kluczy. Kaucja zwracana w tym samym dniu po sprawdzeniu obiektu. Polecam z całego serca.

L'hôte est disponible et très réactif. L'appartement est idéal pour un séjour en famille. L'emplacement est topissime, à deux pas de la plage (les enfants peuvent y aller tous seuls à travers le passage souterrains sans traverser la route). Toutes les commodités sont à côté, pas besoin de prendre la voiture (supermarchés, boulangerie, boucherie Halal, restos adaptés à tous les budgets). Une corniche très bien aménagée qui mène jusqu'à la marina de Benalmadena.
La cuisine est équipée, cependant il manque quelques ustensiles basiques. Je recommande une machine à café avec des capsules ordinaires petits formats (nous n'avons pas trouvé les grandes capsules).
Il aurait été souhaitable d'avoir de sanitaires en plus!

L’emplacement très proche de la plage et des commerces. Arrêt de bus à deux pas si vous souhaitez utiliser les transports en communs Logement très bien équipé et surtout très bien climatisé. Appartement presque idéal !…
35€ de supplément pour une remise de clés après 20h (nous sommes arrivés à 20h30) je trouve que c’est excessif mais bon difficile de mettre en place un système de boîte à clés car l’emplacement ne s’y prête pas… Le balcon et son mobilier mérite un rafraîchissement. Superbe vue sur la plage mais vraiment pas confortable et juste au-dessus de la terrasse d’un bar … ce que l’on ne voit pas sur l’annonce ! Attention si vous voulez louer une voiture très très compliqué de trouver une place de stationnement… oui il y a plein d’emplacements gratuits mais beaucoup de monde en juillet donc difficile de se stationner ! Un petit bémol sur le fait de se trouver juste au-dessus de restaurants nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de trouver un occupant indésirable à notre arrivée dans une des chambres… Nous ne l’avons pas signalé car un seul insecte trouvé que nous avons réussi à attrapé et dégagé mais je n’ai pas dormi sereinement la 1ere semaine ! Mais le gros point négatif sur cet appartement c’est vraiment l’insonorisation avec l’appartement voisin On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre de l’autre appartement oui oui tout …
