Spacious rooms overlooking the Lake. Very peaceful set up - exactly what you need to switch off. The Spa services are also excellent.

Very nice room with balcony and amazing view on the lake
Try to get a higher level for better view
Only one restaurant with limited menu is available in the hotel
No nearby restaurant or cafe specially after sunset where almost everything is closed
I advised not to spend more than two days in the Quba which is enough to do all activities, nothing to do during night - was lucky to have World cup matches :)

The scenic beauty of location was marvelous and our room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful view of the lake.
The attitude of the staff were snobbish. Room service was painfully slow. Apart from reception, no body can communicate in English and generally staff of the hotel didn't' have service oriented attitude. The staff of the hotel were self-absorbed and not interested in helping their customers. The staff were cold and indifferent.
