Everything about my stay was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made the experience even better. The staff were all genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference.
A special thank you to Ella for her kindness and hospitality. During my stay, I was fasting for one day, so I missed breakfast. She was incredibly thoughtful and arranged a complimentary meal for me at sunset instead. That gesture truly meant a lot to me and showed genuine care and kindness beyond expectations.
Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

The location was perfect the room was tidy and clean the staff was very kind roya and ella was really helpful chief Azhar food was amazing he served us meals like a 5star restaurant must visit and stay
Everything was perfect but the should include a bar more costumers will attracted but they had a mini bar in the room

Отличный отель в Кусарах, где мы провели незабываемое время всей семьёй. Очень тёплая и уютная атмосфера, чистые и комфортные номера, в которых приятно отдыхать. Персонал внимательный, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь.
Вечера здесь особенно приятные — спокойная обстановка и отличное обслуживание создают настоящее ощущение отдыха. Меню порадовало своим разнообразием: блюда на любой вкус, всё свежее и очень вкусное.
Отель идеально подходит для семейного отдыха. Мы остались полностью довольны сервисом и обязательно вернёмся сюда снова.

The hygiene!!! It was very clean and new. The staff was very friendly, specially Sahid. We ordered Alfredo Pasta- it was delicious.
The room service was pretty slow. Nobody was answering the phone one night.
