La struttura è piacevole e molto pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato nella monocamera a nord, che dà sulla strada per Talamone ,con un bel terrazzo per rilassarsi o consumare la colazione e un pasto. Nella camera vi è un piccolo e comodo angolo cottura. Direi che è tutto piacevole. Anche la strada per Talamone non ha disturbato più di tanto perchè non c'era molto traffico. Non so come sia in piena stagione.
La spiaggia e il mare di fronte alla struttura sono riservati ai surfisti e al kite-surfing, quindi bisogna usare la piscina di cui è dotata o spostarsi su altre spiagge. Proprio per questo motivo, consiglierei un servizio di noleggio bici.

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Maremma, am Rand des Naturparks. 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der südlichen Toskana und der Maremma-Küste. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Schöner Pool.
Der Strand am Hotel ist eher unattraktiv.

-No WiFi on room/wing 14 and no intervention despite several complaints and reminders.
- Garbage at the entrance of the parking is awful.
- organic garbage beams was full and smelling very bad for 5 days of our stay
