Good location just minutes from grosetto.
Seems like a rather old building. Could use some modernization. But everything work well and was clean.

The place is a very large hotel with multiple buildings and lots of green areas. The breakfast was also great. However a bit too crowded and pricey for the rooms provided.
The rooms were really dated and many things were not working as they should have. Air conditioning was faulty and also the safe was broken. Our room had a huge part missing at the bottom of the door and you could see the light coming through in the middle of the night.
Not to mention the state of the room and the level of cleaning which was not at all up to standard for a 4 stars hotel. The first thing you notice in this hotel is that the maintenance has not been done for several years and it feels more like a 2 stars hotel than a 4.
