Excelente ubicación , junto a la plaza de Ópera y calle arenal . Totalmente céntrico , a un paso de Gran Vía
La propiedad adolece de un mantenimiento urgente .
Se podía observar en el ventilador extractor del baño las pelusas acumuladas. El aire acondicionado arranca sobre las 8:30 y se desconecta sobre mas 22:30, para permitir el descanso del huésped , pero no obstante necesita un mantenimiento puesto que hacía ruido; y los desagües de los sanitarios , lavabo y ducha se atoraban.
Revisando esas pequeñas cosas con un mantenimiento periódico , sería fabuloso el alojarse en lugar tan céntrico

Su ubicación estrategica, cercana a Gran Vía, Sol, Paza Mayor y Opera.
No tiene elementos básicos como una pava eléctrica, calentábamos el agua en una cacerola, tampoco tostadora..

Perfect location.
Air-conditioning through floor (ceramic tiles) cooling/heating system ... when on for a couple of hours (it was +36-38 celcius in Madrid during our stay) the whole floor becomes wet, so we had to shut it down.
The "bed" for the 3rd guest is actually a 1-person couch that had to be fixed before becoming possible to sleep on.
The flat was probably 1 bigger flat divided into two smaller for renting purposes, so the space is very small (impossible for 3 persons to eat breakfast at the same time on the tiny table)...actually it should be for max 2 persons-then it would be ok.
