Fantastic surroundings and breakfast and most of all a wonderful tranquil garden with opportunity to use the swimmingpool. Really warm and welcoming hosts. If you are going to Jura this is definitely the place to stay!

We discovered Maison Bélénos last year and spent the night there on our return from the coast, and we were so taken with the place that we deliberately re-routed our trip this year so that we could enjoy the comforts and surroundings of this beautiful home. We arrived at around 5pm and Christelle welcomed us an invited us to enjoy a drink in the garden or use the pool before dinner (we'd booked a table for four at the delightful Chez Janine, just a few minutes' walk from Maison Bélénos). Christelle and Sebastian have created a gem here, a wonderful guesthouse with sumptuously comfortable beds and breathtaking interiors. The outside space is a haven bordered by Jura, rolling vineyards, and the nearby Domain Guiet with its impressively rich woodland which includes a majestic sequoia tree.
Breakfast is another highlight with a range of local jams, breads, cheese and yoghurt.
It proved again to be an unforgettable stay with two genial hosts.

Christelle is a wonderful host. The decor is beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the pool and shady garden as it was v hot when we were there!
