The room was beautifully presented and so clean! The fact that the cleaner came in every day of our short stay was exceptional and made our stay even more comfy and pleasant. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do whilst we visited Rome.
Not alot of the plugs worked with our UK adapters so we struggled to use things we needed like phone chargers and hair appliances at the same time. Plugs could maybe be a bit more updated.

Excellent location, a short walk from St Peter's and the Vatican Museums. Nice, clean and comfortable room, well-maintained. Excellent communication throughout, airport transfers were easily arranged as well as access after the standard check-in time. Some really good restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.

The property location is superb
The room was extremely small, we could barely move, and there was very little space for luggage - definitely overpriced for the value , the service was less than desirable.
It seems that there was lack of communication and misunderstandings
Furthermore, I woke up at 3 am with an emergency light over my eyes , I got up to shut it off and could not , furthermore no other light were turning on.
I realized that there either a power outage or a fuse blew up
Had to wait until pass 8 before someone showed up to fix the fuse
In the middle of November , we left the room with wet hair
Service - small room - too expensive for the value
$$$$
