Good furnishings and very comfortable all round
Windows let in a lot of street noise especially all night and into the small hours (3.00am !)

Location is amazing - so central!! We stayed Monday to Friday so can’t comment on how it may be noisy at weekend but noise wasn’t an issue for us. Second floor so a good bit of stairs but wasn’t a problem. Really spacious, master bedroom is huge. Bathroom is clean and modern, great lighting and mirrors. Gorgeous high ceilings throughout and loads of natural sunlight.
Easy to collect and drop back keys.
Nice and warm and easy to use heating and thermostat. Well stocked with appliances etc
One night was stormy and windy and it was very noisy rattling at the windows if they could be secured a bit better maybe.

Spacious, comfortable and clean! It was a great place to stay
WiFi was extremely unreliable. Took us contacting the property management to connect to the WiFi, as the password wasn’t working. Then once connected, the TV as well as our phones could not connect to internet.
The second window in the living room doesn’t close all the way, the noise from the street is pretty loud, even during the weekdays.

The location
The check-in process was complicated, and the staff were very difficult to reach. I spent nearly two hours trying to complete the check-in, and after all that, I was provided with the wrong key.
