Very nice spacious and well designed room with a comfortable bed. An elevator is helpful for those with lots of luggage. Very friendly and kind owner couple. Great breakfast with homemade banana bread.
The hotel cannot be seen from the road and may be a little bit difficult to find.

We booked 2 connected rooms. The stay was magical! The place is run by an Armenian-Australian couple, extremely nice people. The Hotel is designed and built from scratch by them! The location is fantastic - you will not find better. Rooms and beds very comfortable, and extra clean. We fell in love with the balcony that every room has, with the wonderful view of the cliff, river and the sky full of stars. Breakfasts delicious. This is the place where you fall in love with Armenia.
What will surprise you is that they pay attention to every tiny detail to make your stay special.
We will definitely come back, especially as the owners have ambitious plans to make this place even better.
Highly recommended. AWESOME place.
