très bon séjour à Paris !

Appartement très particulier mais plein de charme, avec de l'espace, des recoins, des jeux, des livres, des CDs, ... lumineux. rangement à disposition. Très bien placé avec des accès au métro très proche et une rue pleine de restaurants. Salle de bain très lumineuse. Lits confortables, avec couette et plaid. Chauffage dans toutes les pièces de vie. Ascenseur jusqu'au 5ème étage (seulement 1 étage à monter à pied). Autonomie pour arrivée et départ avec boite à clé. Réactivité du concierge et propriétaire pour communication du code qui avait changé. Très bons échanges. Possibilité de départ tardif en rajoutant un supplément sous réserve de disponibilité.

La porte des toilettes ne ferme pas bien, la salle de bain est trempée après la douche. Le lave vaisselle est hors service. La chambre enfant a une fenêtre de toit avec un rideau à baisser via une canne, sous peine de se faire réveiller au lever du jour ! (nous n'avons pas fait attention étant arrivés la nuit). Plafond bas dans la chambre parentale, surtout sur un côté du lit. Nous devons passer par un tiers pour la caution, avec des frais supplémentaires !
