I use this hotel quite often when traveling to Munich. It is a short distance from my client. The hotel is really nice and modern, with spacious rooms and a great shower. Generally, I never feel like anything is missing.
It doesn't happen often, but those dynamic price hikes due to events in the city are sometimes really outrageous. A hotel that normally costs 80 to 100 euros suddenly costs 200 euros or more per night.

Exceptional and huge variety breakfast, very polite staff. Cozy and quite room, good choice for a few days trip, 25 Minutes walk to the nearest metro station, or you can take a bus in a 5 minutes walk.
The carpet in the room was a little dirty and covered in stains. Apart from that the hotel wasn't able to provide me additional bathroom appliances like toothpaste and toothbrush (despite the advertisement paper in the room that this can be requested).
However overall above didn't affect my stay
