You get a nice and clean place to sleep. That's about it. There's no dining options, no breakfast as far as I could tell, not that I looked very hard, mind you, it's practically a small reception area, an elevator, stairs and the rooms.
You do get a small guest kit - toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, the usual, a well as two pairs of slippers. Whether the slippers had been disinfected or cleaned, I couldn't tell. They're wrapped in plastic, in any case
There's a massage parlour in the same building, the entrance is on the second floor. At the end of my jet lag I visited the place - they gave me a really nice head and neck massage. They seemed to know what they're doing.
Fair warning if you, like me, wanted someplace central, somewhat anonymous, and quiet, to survive your jet lag - choose perhaps a less central place. At no fault of the owners, its quite the hectic neighbourhood day and night.
Only real downside to the room would be the lighting - there's no night lamp, so you have to fumble through darkness when you're going to bed.

After climbing a steep set of stairs to reach reception from a barely visible Hotel front entrance, we were pleased to discover a well-maintained lift available to our fourth floor room. Without that lift, my stay at Peace Hotel would have been shortened as I am currently in recovery from a hip operation.
The room contained a welcoming kettle and two coffee mugs.
However, after a short search we discovered that we couldn't find evidence of any complimentary coffee and sugar sachets or teaspoons.
The response from reception was that we needed to provide our own provisions if required, and that if we needed to use teaspoons to stir our coffee, we would have to go to the shop down the road to buy some plastic ones.
The receptionist was adamant that I could not borrow a teaspoon from the hotel.
