The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent - close to the city center with convenient parking nearby. The breakfast was also very good, fresh, and well prepared.
The room was quite small, and the bathroom had poor ventilation. Also, there was no proper holder for the shower head, which made showering a little inconvenient.

The hotel location is fantastic for Rethymno! This is a family-run hotel and the owners are very welcoming and helpful—thank you so much! The rooms are good, especially if you’re planning a shorter visit.
The breakfast was good, but they didn’t replace finished items, so it was a bit unpredictable. The shower pressure is weak.

10 minute walk from bus station. On a busy road, but we were not disturbed by noise. Lovely to look out on to tree tops in park opposite. Located right on edge of old town, so ideal for visiting sites and finding places to eat. Good variety for breakfast and the best bread we'd had in Crete! Useful lounge area off reception if we didn't want to sit on our balcony.
We found the layout of our room(101) rather strange. although it was a good size room. Shower room a little small (but that's OK), but shower screen insufficient to prevent water puddling on floor.
