My daughter and I stayed at the Veneto Boutique Hotel during our trip to Crete, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the staff, whose warmth and hospitality helped make our stay memorable.
One of the things we loved most was the hotel's unique character. Staying in a beautifully restored historic building in the heart of Rethymno's Old Town gave us a much richer experience than staying in a typical hotel. The atmosphere was charming, peaceful, and full of history, yet the rooms were comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.
The location could not have been better. We enjoyed wandering through the narrow streets of the Old Town, exploring local shops, visiting historic sites, and walking to the harbor, all just steps from the hotel. After busy days of sightseeing, it was wonderful to return to the quiet courtyard and relax.
Traveling with my daughter, I especially appreciated how safe, welcoming, and comfortable the hotel felt. The staff was always happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and help us make the most of our time in Rethymno.
Looking back on our Greece trip, the Veneto Boutique Hotel stands out as one of our favorite places to stay. It offered the perfect combination of history, comfort, location, and exceptional service. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.

The Benito is a true gem. Beautiful room and great breakfast. Maria, the owner was wonderful and gave us great recommendations. Loved every bit!!!
