Amazing combination of western facilities and traditional Japanese culture. We chose the room with the hot spring bath which is an incredible experience. Its water is natural spring from deep in the ground beneath the hotel. This side of the hotel has its separate entrance and you feel like a VIP. The staff were incredible. Everything from the check in experience to the checkout was perfect. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect - size of the room - private onsen awesome - free minibar quite full and refilled everyday - nice public onsen as well (unbeatable view) - terrace rooftop with foot bath very enjoyable - staff super nice and helpful - location perfect

Private Onsen, good initial reception, free of charge minibar and roof terrace

1st floor, dark room without view, no option to book breakfast during our stay, we only got a flyer where we could go externally
