I cannot recommend this place...

Good location, close to the beach - the place was nice and quiet

The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and left us feeling very uncomfortable. - Many cupboards were dirty, the floor not clean having larger pieces of dust, hair and sand all over it. - The kitchen countertops were very filthy. When our son moved his bed to the side an old pair of socks appeared. - The absolute lowlight was found on our 2nd evening (from 6) when we opened up the oven: chicken leftovers from earlier guests appreared (see the attached photo). Absolutely discusting! - No response was given to my email regarding these issues, not to mention any cleaners coming to put things in order while we were there or getting a small discount for the discomfort we experienced. - the washing-maschine was leaking when it was running. - car-port ok, but not too much room

A nice stopover on our way south.

Super location and great new kitchen/bathroom, When we arrived the windows were all open allowing beautiful fresh air to flow in!

Needed a proper clean- when I went to close the windows there were dog biscuits and used bandaids behind the couch. In saying this, linen and bathroom were very clean so not the biggest issue.

Family of 4 holiday

The location was fantastic, and just a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. And property also has washing machine and dryer.

Property needs some minor maintenance.

Adequate for the purpose

it was very clean and quiet

The advertised off-street parking was difficult to navigate and it’s availability was quite hit and Miss. There was no alternative parking as all street parking is permit only.

The location was quiet. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The room was huge.

great location but our stay was unpleasant & unsafe due to the gas leak (especially with our children).

great location & great that it has 2 bedrooms

1) a gas leak that did not get rectified until the 2nd day of our stay. i had my kids with us & we were all experiencing headaches and dizziness. The gas smell was reported immediately upon checking in, spelt with the leak all night & it wasn’t until I complained again that it got repaired on the 2nd day. i was then late for the wedding I was attending as this was getting repaired. 2) sparking PowerPoint that needed replacing upon check in (not ideal with a gas leak!) 3) No doonas on any of the beds so everyone was very cold. As there was a gas leak & cold, the heater on the air con was used. Felt woozy all night, awful sleep, woke up with headache . 4) Terrible pillows. 5) old sheets were found in the washing machine at check in. Worst part was there was no formal apology for any of this experience! No discount on our stay!

no parking at night even we reserved it , no wifi working properly, tv is disgusting quality not connecting to Wi-Fi’s .

Plenty of room

2 dirty coffee cups still in dish washer With 3 of us we used 3 cups 2 clean cups were in highest cupboard which I couldn't reach luckily my son could reach them We arrived at night and even with staff directions it was very hard to find the parking spots Steps were very slippery (I'm 65 and my son has sight issues)

Being close to beach. But distant from corso.

. Parking at rear of accommodation was inadequate. A car next to me had occupied part of my space and meant l could not park my car yet was charged 20 dollars even though there was no space for me.
