This sprawling 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath retreat in Cabezas, Fajardo, sleeps 14 across five king suites (each with an ensuite bath) plus two self-contained casitas.
Space Highlights: - Five king suites with private baths. Two are casitas with kitchenettes; one with a queen bed and the other has a queen sleeper sofa. Layout:
Entry level is an Owner's Suite with King Size Bed, en suite bath, full kitchen and living area.
One level down are 2 more King Bedrooms with En Suite baths.
The next level down is the main living / dining/ kitchen entertaining area that opens to the relaxing patio and pool deck as well as a few steps down to the sun deck.
Below the pool deck are the two Casitas.
Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay.
Transportation: We think it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay - that will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunity to take in all that Puerto Rico has to offer! However, if you prefer to hire a transportation service - please let us know , there are some better suited for day trips vs dinners out - larger groups vs smaller groups; we have several we will share in our Guidebook you receive once you have made your reservation! Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available.
We also have regular groundskeeping staff that is around regularly to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on site anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. There is not a hot tub in the pool, it is simply a sitting area in the water. The pool is not heated.
Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.
No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. Additional cleaning fee may be required.

Our host, JB was the BEST from day 1 thru our stay and check out!! He was available to answer every question, within a minute of asking!The house was squeaky clean… pristine from top to bottom! The kitchen was fully equipped… has everything you need! We were able to be at home, immediately!

This property was better than we could have imagined! A group of 10 of us stayed here over the weekend and it had everything we wanted. The views were spectacular, amenities were perfect. Better than a resort! JB was super helpful all weekend and made check in/check out a breeze. Such a nice guy. We highly recommend staying at any of the PR rental properties, but especially this one! Will definitely be back.

This property is gorgeous and JB was a great host! There are multiple kitchens and ice makers and great for big groups. We hope to book again in the future!

The hot water in 3 bathrooms and the outdoor shower was not working. The house manager told us that he had just used the showers last week and proceeded to explain how to use a faucet. He came to look at it and insisted it was working properly, which it clearly was not based on all of the cold showers we had to take. After several days of me and my family reaching out to him, he acknowledged that the hot water heater was broken. It was fixed on Saturday, 5 days after we arrived. This left our group sharing 2 showers among 14 people. The pool was cold for the first 5 days as well which I assumed was related to the issue with the cold water in the bathrooms, which was being ignored. The house manager said he enjoys using the pool at that temperature when he cleans it each week. He increased the temperature on day 5 of our trip but the pool was not usable before that.The pool was a huge part of the appeal of this property and we could not enjoy it. Finally, we saw over a dozen live cockroaches in the house. One very large one crawled over someone's foot. Better preventative maintenance on bugs could avoid this. When I emailed Sue from iTrip about these issues, rather than acknowledge that the house manager was dismissive, and try to make things right, she told me there will always be bugs in the house, the pool was meant to be 'refreshing' and to write a review. Beware, you will not get what you pay for with this house (with a hefty pricetag) or the people who manage it.
