Spectacular panoramic ocean-view villa with private pool in Fajardo’s Cabezas. This luxurious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat for up to 14 guests features: - Fully equipped indoor kitchen w/bar seating plus outdoor kitchenette - Seven flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning - parking for four cars - Five suites, each with a private bathroom and breezy balcony Just minutes from bioluminescent bays, white-sand beaches, Las Croabas waterfront dining, and exciting marine adventures. The 2nd level down there are 4 Bedrooms - each with its' own bathroom. Two are King Suites, one is a 2 bed Queen Suite and the other is a 2 bed King Suite.
The 3rd level down there is a King Suite with its' own bathroom that is also accessible from outside on the pool deck.
There is a 1/2 bath on the main entry level off of the living/kitchen area.
There are stairs in between the levels of the villa. Always use the hand railings please!
Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay.
Transportation: We think it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay - that will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunity to take in all that Puerto Rico has to offer! However, if you prefer to hire a transportation service - please let us know , there are some better suited for day trips vs dinners out - larger groups vs smaller groups; we have several we will share in our Guidebook you receive once you have made your reservation! Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available.
We also have regular groundskeeping staff that may be on site during your stay to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on the grounds anytime daily between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. The pool is not heated.
Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.
No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. Additional cleaning fee may be required.

The house had everything we needed for me and my brothers’ families. Cooking and feeding 10 people isn’t easy when travelling but having the option to cook and eat up or downstairs was amazing.

The view was absolutely spectacular. The home offered many wonderful features, including a swimming pool, easy beach access, a beautiful kitchen, and plenty of space for our family. There were a few minor issues, but they were promptly addressed by the property manager. We would love to return for another visit.

The house is beautiful, large and can easily accomodate a large group. JB was great showing us the house and letting us know about area restaurants and places to go. Since the weather wasn't great we spent a lot of time at the house itself. Everything was fine until one of the bathroom toilets wouldn't flush right, then another one didn't. I let JB know and he did come over right away to take a look, but couldn't do much about it. A short time later I noticed that there was a water leak in the ceiling of the outdoor kitchen and notified him immediately, sending pictures. He said he would come out the next morning and take a look. Then the bathroom starting flooding with water. Each hour the water leaked further and further, into the bedroom, down the stairs and into the other bedrooms. No one came to do anything. All we could do was put down towels to try and stop the water. By morning we were flooded and thankfully we were leaving for the airport. My group understood that sometimes things happen at rental properties, but to be basically left to fend for ourselves and not provided any assistance is not acceptable. I VRBO messaged and emailed the property management with the full story and pictures after we got home and got NO REPLY, nothing, very disappointing.
