About this bed and breakfast
Sun-drenched ocean-view villa with a private pool and panoramic Atlantic and Caribbean Sea vistas! This spacious 7-bedroom, 6.5-bath retreat sleeps up to 16 guests across three levels of seamless indoor/outdoor living and features high-speed WiFi, ten flat-screen TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
The space: - King Owner's Suite on the main level with en suite bath and direct pool access - Second level down: one large bedroom (two queen beds), two king bedrooms, shared full bath, relaxation area, and kitchenette - Third level down: three private suites (two queens share a bath, one king with en suite) plus an extra living area - Multiple living zones, bar seating at the kitchen counter, and a sun-soaked pool deck perfect for sunrise to sunset views.
Neighborhood highlights: Just 20 minutes from El Yunque rainforest trails, the world-famous bioluminescent bay, Seven Seas Beach a short way down the hill, and top-rated local restaurants. Each Suite is quite private - there are also several different living areas - which creates a great opportunity for guests to be able to spread out, enjoy time together but also separately. The pool takes as much advantage of the sun as possible.
Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay.
Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available.
We also have regular groundskeeping staff that may be on site during your stay to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on site daily anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. The pool is not heated.
Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.
No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. Additional cleaning fee may be required.

We enjoyed our time at the house so much! As others have said the photos don’t do the views justice! JB was easy to communicate with and recommended some excellent places to eat while there. We’d definitely consider booking again!

The location was great, the space was outstanding, and the views were incredible! Great communication with the hosts and JB was fantastic prior to and at check-in/check-out. We traveled with 14 people for a week and had great space for gathering and relaxing.

Our best vacation so far!! The house is beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stock with cooking utensils and dinnerwares. JB our host did a wonderful job of showing us around. Hospitality par excellence. Thank you so much!!One note to remember. Follow the Google directions that they sent to get to the place and not to use Waze.

This is great property with great features and location. It seems management has some details to iron out.
The pool was not clean upon our arrival and turned green by mid-stay. The sister property next door had a similar issue with pool cleanliness and they agreed. This was THE issue we struggled with as well as A/C in one of the rooms failed twice. It was fixed by the 3rd day but failed again within an hour.
There were plenty of kitchen items including an ice machine, but there is no dishwasher and the we could not scare-up any paper products or garbage bags. Again, minor details, but important ones for a "high-end" property.
There are several light switches. None are labeled and a few don't work. That made it interesing to go to sleep sometimes.
On the plus side, there is laundry on 2 levels that made it quite easy and gorgeous views from every room.
The master suite on the top level is beatiful but not quiet or private as it is off the kitchen and sports sheer curtains behind the pool (FYI). There is another master suite on the bottom floor that is more private and away from the rest of the house. All rooms have great views but sheer curtains means you are up with the sun every day. Some blackout curtains would be a good detail addition to each room.
I don't want to make this seem like a complaint column, but again, small details mean more for a premium priced property. It sounds like property management recently turned over and needs to get up to speed a bit more
