Really enjoyed the space, amenities and cleanliness. The neighborhood is a little rundown but no problems of any kind. I highly recommend it.

This was our first time staying in Payson and the Sunshine Cottage got the job done. We brought our dogs and it was dog friendly. The only downfall is that the neighbors have a dog who enjoys coming up to the fence and if you have dogs who don't like other dogs, you'll need to keep them on a leash in the yard as the fence in a chain link one. The inside of the house is great and very cozy. Everything worked and was amazing!

The cottage is a cute renovated home with lots of convenience type amenities. House has a good sized fenced in yard for pets. Comfortable stay for a small family or couple.

Stayed in many VRBO's and none have been do conveniently and generously stocked! Full kitchen, with spices, cooking pils, stores set up, popcorn, coffee and tea, sugar, several flavored creamer options, they even had a bottle of wine out for arrival! House is very modern inside and decorated beautifully. Just the right size for our group and dogs. Fully fenced yard was great for the dogs. Two firepots and corn hole, horseshoes, we spent alot of time outside playing Very quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. It was hard to leave this place after our stay! Thankyou!!

I am telling you, that this is a wonderful little cottage to stay at, especially with your pets. Some kudos to the owner and caretakers. We had the pellet stove get some pellets stuck and the caretakers were over there and got us all fixed up!! Absolutely great customer service!! Some wonderful details I’d like to point out; all the amenities were great! There was ample supplies for cleaning for pets and the best quality linens, pillows and blankets. Some other great features include: two fire pits , 1 wood and 1 gas. A grill for cooking as well as a pellet stove in the living room. I’d like to mention it puts out a lot of heat! This 6 day trip was for our 12th wedding anniversary. This little gem of a cottage gave a most needed R&R for my husband and myself ! I would mark this even better then our 10th on a cruise in Hawaii!! Best time ever!

As advertised. Lovely decor and extremely well Stocked. Comfy and clean. Nice yard. Family of 4 and dogs enjoyed the place. S’mores and coffee supplies were a hit, as was cornhole. Street / neighborhood was a little ‘meh’ and disappointingly couldn’t access the forest for walks from the house/street, though it looked like it might be possible on google maps. INTERNET was AWFUL. Super slow. You could not work here. I had to hotspot from my phone.

The property is clean and love that basic products are there which is great if you forget anything. Neighbors kinda take over the cul de sac, their vehicles are loud which makes area look kinda of bad. They have large dogs so when I try to let my little ones out they charge the fence which they could have jumped over. House is a little older so does have that smell but it reminded me of walking into an updated version of my grandma's house. It was very nice but not 100% of what I thought.

This was an amazing little cottage. Very clean and spacious. Extremely well stocked throughout. Beautiful updated fixtures. The beds are super comfy. The only 2 areas of that’s opportunity is the internet and cell service was awful. If you’re going there to work, this is something you would want to consider. And screens on the windows would be nice to be able to enjoy the cool weather. Definitely a lil slice of heaven tho!

I really enjoyed my stay and will consider returning! Everything was well stocked in the cottage. Great communication with evolve company and also the owner. They are very pet friendly and have everything that your dog needs from water and food bowls to extra food if you forget it.

What a beautiful little house in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced yard. The house was fully stocked with essential items as well as spices, morning coffee and fixings for s'mores. Having a washer and dryer made day trips to the water and hiking very easy. We had a wonderful visit to Payson, Az.
