The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo contains comfortable and stylish furnishings and includes cable, high-speed internet & laundry in the unit, and is literally within blocks of some of the most popular restaurants on the island (Sami's Pizza, Joey's Pizza, Doreen's Cup of Joe, etc)., shopping, and it's less than a mile for the nearest public access to Marco's famed white sand beaches. The unit also boasts a western-facing balcony that offers a view of the dazzling Marco sunsets. In general, Marco streets are quiet from 10pm-7am. To ensure the comfort of our guests, the condo is equipped with a white noise machine and ear plugs are provided. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom , conveniently located condo on Marco Island, look no further. This is the place. Very clean, all amenities, in walking distance to beach and many other locations. Mark was very responsive to our needs. We plan to use I Trip again especially on Marco Island. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We came to visit family in Florida and to meet our newest member of the family who was born last Month. We also got to spend time with his older Sister and Brother by taking them to the beautiful tiger beach!

We only spent two nights in Royal Palm 203, but it was a great place to stay. It was very convenient to several restaurants and not far from the beach. It was nicely nicely furnished and perfect for our needs. We would recommend staying here and would definitely stay there again.

Our stay turned into a wonderful trip, definitely something to remember. The Royal Palm is very well maintained, cozy and has great views for sitting peacefully on the balcony. Will for sure try to come back next year!

We had a layover for two days between our 3 week vacation in Marco Island. It was a good alternative for two couples for 2 nights. We asked for an early check in because we had no where to go between our 10:00 check out and 4:00 check in. The host did not accommodate for an early check in. We had a hard time getting into the front door (not tech savvy). So I called Mark who watched me on the ring door bell while he walked me through the instructions. There was a book with instructions for everything but the tvs, would be a good idea to have better instructions on that. The space was large and clean but worn out. It was well equipped especially in the kitchen and everything we needed to hold us over for two days. We are older and my husband is handicapped so the long walk to the beach was not an option. Convenient to local restaurants especially if you don’t have a car. Location is a commercial residential mix so it was loud in morning in front bedroom. They provided ear plugs on nightstands in bedroom.

The parking lot & street next to the condo are undergoing some construction. Be prepared for noise while this is going on. The condo itself was nicely decorated and equipped with everything you may need.

We were not aware construction would be happening at 7am. We walked in and every room had ear plugs and we were confused about that but found out at 7 when construction started and workers were downstairs chit chatting all loud.

Adequate room for four people but the kitchen is very small. Beds were comfortable. Great having a washer and dryer and an added plus with an elevator for the second level. Parking was an issue since the city was paving the street and we weren’t notified ahead of time. It worked out with no tickets received and it may be resolved now. Overall a great place for a getaway. Restaurants are right next door… unsure of closest beach access as we parked in city lots.

My daughter, husband and 2 children (ages 3 years and 6 months) were visting us for a long weekend. The unit was clean and comfortable. Don't let the building exterior, the torn up street or the construction office on the first floor fool you: the unit itself is great.

2 bedroom condo. Nice place for our family. And affordable! Got to check in an hour early. Bit noisy first thing in the morning as it is on one of the main roads of Marco but we are early risers, so wasn’t a problem. Walking distance to joeys pizza and Doreen’s for breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Clean and pleasant. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo decor was cute, the fully stocked kitchen and dining area was an added bonus! We loved that there was a master bathroom attached to the master bedroom. We enjoyed the lanai too. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. There were nice restaurants a short walk away!

I attended a conference in Marco and I brought my puppy so did not want to stay at the Hilton. I was fortunate to find this VRBO and so glad I did. It was a great location and indeed pet friendly since they had a dog bed and bowls. They provided beach chairs, towels and even a rolling cart to walk to the beach. Restaurants close and great subs at joeys pizza! The welcome basket was so thoughtful with wine and popcorn. Loved the washer and dryer! Even thought of a white noise machine in bedroom in event street noise was too loud! Thank you so much for a great experience and know it’s an amazing place to be able to enjoy Marco island
