The cinema accesses the pool table room on one side and the main living room on the other. The large pool table room features floor-to-ceiling curved windows, a pool table and a sofa bed (can sleep 2 children upon application). The main living area has a 10 seater dining table and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops. These areas open via bi-folds to a vast timber entertaining deck, complete with an outdoor 8 seater lounge, 8 seater alfresco dining table and a hooded BBQ. Drink, feast, chat and relax while gazing at the water, headland and treetop views. There’s a bathroom on this level and a bedroom with 2 single zip beds. As you enter the home you’re greeted by modern architecture and two storey high ceilings, leading to a grand staircase.
