Comfortable property near beach. We’ll equipped. We had some issues with oven and water heater but property manager was responsive and sent a handyman. Oven was not fixed. Overall a good stay.

Our family and friends truly enjoyed the house. The layout and common areas are wxcellent for a large group. Plenty of space to all sit and eat, as well as plenty of space to get comfortable with soft seating (couches) inside and outside. We all loved the outdoor space (upper deck and lower patio). Location is perfect, short walk over the dunes (boardwalk to the beach and less than 7 minute walk to John's Pass. We did experience a few issues, only 1 of which was resolved quickly...the others we had to deal with. First and foremost, it is Florida, so expect bugs. We had a couple of roaches/palmetto bugs in the downstairs bedroom attached to the garage....killed them immediately. However, we reported ants (ghost ants) in the kitchen upon our first night. Unfortunately, they did get in some of our food, which had to be thrown away. This was reported and the next day a maintenance person came (we think, as we saw the van driving away)!? However, the ants remained. We purchased some ant/roach spray and ant bait. We sprayed around the kitchen door and baseboards. We placed the bait on the counter around the kitchen. While this greatly reduced the number of ants, there were still a couple here and there on the kitchen walls throughout the week. We also noticed the laundry machine not draining on the final spin cycle which was quickly addressed and repaired the following day. The biggest issue we had was the oven was not working and it was never fixed, even afterrporting

Coconut Cottage was fantastic! We loved every minute of our stay. Less than 500 feet from the beach, equipped with everything you need for great days on the beach - chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys for sand castles, etc. Simple and easy process to check in, everything in the house is EXACTLY as advertised. The only surprises were good ones! The deck might be the best part of the whole experience. We loved, loved, loved it and will be back!

Loved this location - the deck and Treasure Island itself. The downstairs bedroom/ bathroom sitch was a little awkward for us. My young adult daughter stayed there and didn't love having to head outside to get to her bedroom. Other than that - the house had all the space we needed

We loved the Coconut Cottage! It was closer to the beach than I thought. One little extra it had that was a surprise to us-- there's a little apartment downstairs that has its own entrance which is private! My 17 year old just loved it! It had a queen bed and it's own shower and bathroom! The main house was so nice. Clean and comfortable! Full service kitchen and a wonderful deck area with a gas grill! Beds are very comfortable. Good communication with property management.

The house was clean and room to spread out a bit. Loved how close it was to the beach which was never overcrowded. Too many mosquitos to spend much time outside and had to buy some essentials to get by but overall great. Grill ignition switch doesn’t work so had to always manually light and the water doesn’t get colder than Luke warm. Otherwise definitely a great place to take your family

We loved the trip. Mgmt had to come 4 times though .. not enough toilet paper, trash bags or dish detergent for dishwasher and AC froze up from dirty filters. All was fixed promptly. Will be back for sure!

Absolutely stunning property, steps from a sparsely populated beach. Perfect turquoise water and white power sand. Shelling is fantastic as well! We had a party of 8 and we all had plenty of space. There is some minor maintenance needed and there was some evidence of the previous people by way of some dirty areas in the fridge and such but nothing outrageous. We found an abundance of beach toys and whatnot in the garage as well. We will absolutely book here again!

We had a great time at your property. The location to the beach was amazing and the the deck was perfect for morning coffee and after dinner cocktails! The only downfall was property management took over a day to fix a toilet that needed repair.

A few 50 something couples enjoyed this house The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 nights The beach was literally 2 minute walk and the house had chairs umbrellas and a wagon to haul it all The huge deck was a great relaxing place with huge outdoor kitchen and has fire pit Over all it was a great experience and if you take the kids it is perfect for its location to beach and cool bunk bed room

The property is a great location, steps to the beach. The amount of chairs and the cart were perfect to get everyone/everything out to the beach. The outdoor areas were amazing with the tables, couch, umbrella and fire pit. The tweens loved the hanging chairs. I must say the appliances were fabulous! Plenty of blankets, towels, etc. Bends comforable with no complaints from the tweens.

Pretty good property. Super close to the beach and many restaurants. Loved the porch. Place was painted well and nice. Had a great welcoming basket. Nice beds. Great beach chairs and fun things to bring. Great neighborhood. Not so good was the initial cleaning but they came and made it right. Oven was broken but fixed a couple days later. Umbrella outside would have been super helpful during sunny and even soft rainy days but it was broken and had a dangerous pole sticking out. Super disappointed by that because it limited our oustide deck time
