Situated in Helena, this charming house for $136 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Summary: Our beautifully remodeled Modern Victorian home is perfectly located for you to enjoy all that Helena has to offer! Walk downtown, to multiple trailheads, or to the State Capital -- all just about ten minutes from your doorstep! This lovely home is on the National Register of Historic Places offering you a little experience of Helena's deep history. Up to six guests can enjoy the stylish comfort this home provides with a queen bed, a twin daybed with twin trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. The Space: This one bedroom home is on shared property with our personal home. We had fun furnishing and updating this space with the intent to stick to the Victorian roots, but with a new modern feel! The downstairs level includes a living room with a Smart TV and a kitchen/dining room stocked with all the essentials including coffee and tea. The upstairs is one large bedroom, an area with desk space if you need to work during your stay, and a full bathroom. The Neighborhood: The Modern Victorian is in the coveted South-Central neighborhood, bordering "SoBro" (South of Broadway). Nearly everything is walkable! The street and surrounding neighborhood is scattered with plaques telling of Helena's history. Interaction with Guests: The outdoor space is shared with our personal home, so we will most likely see you at some point during your stay, but the Modern Victorian is all yours! We are just a message away if you need anything. We do have a dog that barks loudly, but he is harmless. We do our best to keep him in the back fence or inside when we know that guests are arriving or departing.

Staying at the Modern Victorian was a unique experience. Feels like you've gone back in time, yet with all the modern amenities. There's a story that accompanies this property, originally owned by the William C. Crum family. Check-in/check-out super simple, and prop mgr super responsive. Lovely neighborhood, with easy access to downtown Helena.

This guest house has so much charm, it's cozy, all of the appliances are great, the kitchen has all that you need to cook a wonderful meal, the living room is a perfect place to chill, the open concept bedroom is comfortable, the bathroom is super clean, and the owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding. I wanted to be able to walk to restaurants. Most seem to be 1/2-1 mile from here! The blackout curtains are much appreciated also! The location is quiet. The home is impeccably furnished. I loved the clever take on Victorian art. We didn’t cook however the popcorn and coffee was appreciated

We met the owners outside in passing, they were friendly and not imposing at all. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location to old town attractions. Comfortable clean beds and linens. AC unit in the upstairs sleeping area kept us happy. Interesting Helena historical books in the home. Only negative is that it smells like an old building, not a problem with the windows open but unsure if I'd like it in the wintertime. If you don't have a super sniffer, it's not a problem.

This was a really unique place to stay. Modern Victorian describes it to a tee and we absolutely loved it! It was neat to stay in a home that is a part of Helena history. My mom and i stayed here while we were moving my daughter into college. It was walking distance to so many things which was very convenient. We really enjoyed it. The hosts were so nice, place was well kept, and it was a quiet area.
