Nestled in Avon, this attractive house for $171 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. OCEANFRONT Avon — Nova Dr.— If clear ocean views rising above pristine natural dunes remind you that, for now, no problems need to exist, then the NO PROBLEM cottage is where you want to be for your next beach getaway. Pass the convenient outdoor shower and laundry room on the ground-level to steps leading to this classic cedar shake home’s first-level deck. Adirondack chairs invite you to pause for a sensory check: the gorgeous view, the smell of the ocean air, and sounds of gulls flying above. The top-level captain’s watch is the perfect perch to catch an early morning sunrise or a shooting star. The main entry off the deck brings you into the communal living space ideally set by the oceanfront windows. The fully equipped kitchen with a two-seat breakfast bar and six-seat dining table makes feeding the family a breeze while the cozy living room with hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling, and TV with DVD player provide for entertaining and relaxing moments. When the day’s castle-building, body surfing, and island exploring adventures have wound down, retreat to four bedrooms that offer a comfortable space to rejuvenate for another day of family fun. On the first-level, two queen bedrooms, each with a TV, share a hall bath with a tub and shower. Head upstairs to the second-level and discover a queen bedroom with a TV, a room with two single beds, and another bath with a step-in shower. Just as this house is naturally connected to the dunes and ocean, your family will connect to the surroundings and each other with each passing day of your stay. Book NO PROBLEM now and experience it for yourself. New for 2024: The single bedroom on the first level will be converted to a queen. The bunkbed bedroom on the second level will be converted to a bedroom with two single beds, Both bedrooms will have TVs. New for 2023: A new sofa and loveseat have been added to the great room. 1 queen, 1 queen, 1 queen, 2 singles Full linens including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths provided May 18 - August 30, 2024. Additional linens and towels available for rent. - No Smoking - 5 TVs - Picnic area with grill - charcoal - Deck with Adirondack chairs - Outdoor shower - Fish-cleaning station - Wifi - Dishwasher - Microwave - Washer/Dryer in home - Pillows and blankets - Welcome bag - Pets not permitted This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. Can't beat the location! It was clean and convenient to the entire island. The views were amazing.!If I had a complaint it would be the bed and furniture were not overly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again..
