Lynn was extremely helpful with understanding the rules of the community and very responsive along the way! Check-in was clear and easy, and the place was BEAUTIFUL, cozy, quiet, clean, and very peaceful. Las Gaviotas is a special place, I'll definitely be staying here again! Incredible location with a phenomenal outdoor area facing the water and a ridiculous sunset view. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, everything worked as described. All in all, would definitely stay here again!

My family always enjoys staying in Las Gaviotas but our stay at Casa Barbi was hands down the best! A beautiful oceanfront home that had everything our family needed, and was easily accessible too. Checking in and out was super easy, and Lynn was great about communicating. We would definitely stay here again .

This house is wonderful, games for the kids, the beds are so cozy and you can hear the waves as you fall asleep. Don’t hesitate, it’s beautiful!
