The Wright Place was exactly what we needed for our family visit to Pensacola. The house is very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you could possibly need, is in a fantastic location near lots of food and entertainment options, and the hosts are super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this for others.

We loved the space and all the little touches that not only made it feel like home, but helped entertain our little ones and keep them safe, too! There was a baby gate on the stairs, a baby seat for the kitchen, a crib, toys, a children’s Bible, and noise machines in every bedroom. We stayed with another family and the space was comfortable for the 9 of us all together. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

This was the perfect spot for our family to gather for Christmas. We had family from Tampa, Michigan and California meet to spend time with family that lives in Milton. The location was perfect; we were able to walk downtown and enjoy Winterfest, and we were able to eat meals together. Parking was never a problem, and there is a cute coffee shop 2 houses away that was convenient and had great coffee.
There are ample dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is even a crockpot, which was helpful when feeding the whole family. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. Overall we loved the house and all of the features.
The owners were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property. It is perfect for a large group or just a couple.

Besides being very clean and in an excellent location, the little things that the owners have in place for guests makes this class act hard to follow. There was a basket of keurig products and snacks for our use, which was a nice touch. The kitchen housewares were stocked for any type of food preparation and the extra trash bags, etc, were helpful. We were able to walk to all the activities that we had planned for the weekend and felt safe in the surrounding neighborhoods.
The owner communicated the house rules and expectations well before the trip and called personally about the door code he had struggled with earlier in the day. This is my second stay in this property and neither time was I disappointed. A definite do-over.

We drove 17 hours to visit my brother who’s in the navy. It was nice to know we were in a safe neighborhood and quiet. There was many things to do near the beach which was about 15 min away. The place was well cleaned. Lots of room for many people to sleep. I would definitely recommend and come again.

We loved our stay. The home was warm and inviting and had everything you need and more! Our host communicated from time of reservation all the way to the end of our stay. The kids enjoyed the candy left out and it really felt like vacation when we saw all the beach towels lined up in the laundry room. We enjoyed dinner at Khons on Parafox (highly recommend). We went to the beach and had a blast down the boardwalk.

We came to town for a National Dance Competition at the Bay Center & Saenger Theatre. It was very close to the locations and we towed our golf cart from home and were able to drive it to most places. The house is very well upkept, nicely stocked, comfortable and in a great location. Driving into town I got a bit nervous but once we arrived at the house it was in a very safe area and we felt comfortable the entire time. There is a balcony on the master bedroom upstairs that was great for morning coffee. It was a wonderful location and experience and we will absolutely be back.

The Wright Place was perfect. My parents, brother and I were in town for a wedding and couldn't be happier with our lodging. The house clean, comfortable and easily accommodated the four of us. Best of all, the house was located conveniently for all of the weekend's activities throughout downtown Pensacola.

Great house but never looked for laundry det until checkout to wash beach towels and there was none maybe previous rentors took but other then that great place see you in August hopefully

The house was perfect for my family. My wife and I have 4 kids, ages 2 to 9, and we stayed there for 4 nights. The layout really worked for us, with plenty of room. The check in process was very easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. We will be visiting this house again for sure.

Had a very peaceful and fun extended weekend here. Everything that I could possibly need was included.
This was a great accommodation for my two toddlers, our in-laws, and my husband and I. We enjoyed the beach nearby and walked the pier nearby. We tried many different food spots that were very close to the house and found a nice playground for the kids nearby also.
The place is beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, so I got very good sleep for once! The kitchen was fully stocked so we baked and cooked pretty easily.
The check in and checkout process was extremely easy not to mention the owners were very friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our time here and my in laws enjoyed reading the guestbook!

The house is fairly new and updated. It was a wonderful location for us as we went to the Sunbelt basketball tournament at the nearby Arena. It was a quick drive to great restaurants. We spent a few days at the beach. Wonderful place and highly recommended.

My family and I were in town to visit my son for his birthday. The house was so clean and cozy and accommodated our needs perfectly. It is also in a great location. It was easy to get an Uber trip downtown to celebrate his birthday in Seville quarter. We had everything we needed in the house. Bill and Mindy were easy to get ahold of and checked in on us throughout the trip. They even made sure we got there and did not have any trouble accessing the property. There was also a nice basket of snacks and coffee left for us along with some waters in the fridge. That is nice to have after you have been on the road for a few hours. I also recommend checking out the little vegan cafe a couple of doors down. They have some great food options and it's a short walk away. There are several other restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here. The house is amazing and you will thoroughly enjoy your visit.

Our group of six (friends and family, all adults) stayed in this lovely house for four nights and enjoyed every minute of it! We were in town for our son's winging ceremony as a Naval aviator. The house was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic if you are looking for a place that is within walking distance of all that downtown Pensacola has to offer. Also, within easy driving distance of Pensacola Beach. The Old East Hill District is a delightful place to walk around and explore. (Be sure to try out the vegan restaurant next door!) Although we didn't have a chance to meet Bill in person, he kept in close touch before and during our stay just in case any issues came up. The Wright Place is the right place. I highly recommend it!

My husband and myself stayed here for 8 nights around Christmas. The house was perfect for us, we wanted a nice place to relax and hang out. The house is tastefully decorated, is clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is great, well stocked with everything you might need to cook a nice meal and I loved that there were good quality pans and knifes.
The host is easy to communicate with and friendly.
I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again next visit :)

We have recently stayed in several VRBO houses since we routinely visit an elderly relative. This house was a great place for us. For those not familiar with the East Hill area of Pensacola, we highly recommend it.
East Hill and Old East Hill are old Pensacola neighborhoods which are enjoying a revival of many of the older homes. The area is close to a Publix, restaurants, the beach, a beautiful downtown, and a Krispy Kreme!
This house was very comfortably updated. An upscale, well-stocked kitchen, new washer and dryer, good mattresses, nice bathroom, and comfortable furniture for television or reading.
Another reviewer mentioned train noise. The house sits near a railroad track, but we did not find the occasional train signals annoying and were never bothered at night by the noise.

We had a group of 9 stay of all ages. We were just a short drive from all the restaurants and stores some we could walk to. Short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The house had everything we needed and was beautiful and clean. The owners were easy to communicate with and very nice they made the whole process easy.
