This is an exceptional vacation rental located on the world famous North Shore of O'ahu within the Turtle Bay Resort area, which is in close proximity to world class north shore beaches such as Sunset Beach, Velzyland, and Pipeline. This exclusive gated community of Kuilima Estates East features 2 refreshing swimming pools (one of which is less than a minute walk from this condo), tennis courts, free parking, ample guest parking, three ACs, and free WiFi are among the many amenities awaiting you in this veritable paradise. This condo has been tastefully renovated and is well appointed. If you're searching around for other properties, you may be able to tell from the photos that this condo is more desirable than 90% of the other Kuilima Condos you may find, and its location within the property means it is a much closer walk to the Turtle Bay Resort and beaches than many of the other Kuilima Estates condos. Located within the Turtle Bay Resort area, this condo is next to the world famous Turtle Bay Arnold Palmer golf course as well as the George Fazio course, both of which will delight any golf enthusiast. This beautiful condo is located on the 2nd floor, one flight of steps to the front door. The master bedroom on the main floor has a comfortable king bed, smart TV and AC. The upstairs loft has its own full bathroom, smart TV, split AC, king bed along with a single bed. Because it is a loft, this second bedroom has no door. Having an AC in the loft is important because these Kuilima lofts can get very warm and most of the lofts don’t have their own AC. The living room has a split AC, large smart TV, queen futon bed and an airy lanai where you can sit and enjoy the stunning view of the golf course. Also on the main floor there is an open kitchen with an island countertop, as well as the 2nd bathroom and a washer and dryer in the hallway. If you do decide to venture out of this amazing oasis many dining options await you! Turtle Bay Resort is a short walk away where you can find chef Roy Yamaguchi's Beach House restaurant, Lei Lei's Bar and Grill, The Point Sunset and Pool Bar (arguably the best place on the island for a sunset cocktail), and Off The Lip. Nearby there are tons of delicious food truck options in Kahuku, which is known for its incredible shrimp farms, where you can eat delicious farm to table shrimp plates. If you prefer staying home to cook your meals, there are 2 different Foodland markets in either direction from the hotel. The North Shore is commonly referred to as a Mecca for the world's best surfers who make their annual pilgrimage to it's pristine, awe inspiring beaches. The most famous wave on earth, the absolutely mesmerizing Banzai Pipeline is less than 5 miles away and warrants spending a day at the beach taking in its awe inspiring power. If your timing is impeccable, nearby Waimea Bay may be breaking if the swell is large enough. Having a picnic on the beach and watching some of the biggest waves on earth break nearby is an absolute must during the winter months! In the summer months, the waves are generally smaller which makes it perfect for snorkeling or other exciting ocean activities. This townhome was very cute with a nice beachy theme. It looked just like the photos advertised and was a nice quiet location that we could walk to Turtle Bay Resort to enjoy the beach and restaurants (note Turtle Bay Resort pools etc are not accessible staying here) We had rented a car and so we were out and about exploring most of each day which is why this place worked just fine for a place to sleep and grab a quick breakfast before heading out. We run vacation rentals ourselves so I am pretty discerning but we were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness when we first walked in. It wasn’t terrible, but we did need to wipe counters, fridge, knobs and d/w down when we arrived - lots of fingerprints, sticky etc. we were provided very minimal staples such as one towel per person, 2 dw pucks for a week stay, things like that. Some of the towels are getting ready for an update, some are a bit thin. When staying for a week and paying good money for the stay and the cleaning enough pucks to get through your stay, and not scrimping on supplies is really appreciated. Doesn’t have to be excessive just enough for the length of stay which of course varies guest to guest. The patio is small with table seating for only 2, the sofa is one low futon - tough for 4 adults to relax on but of course does provide additional sleeping. The place was cute, cheery and worked perfectly fine for our needs but if we had wanted to spend more time at the unit, it lacked a bit. All in all a great trip!

Amazing property for a perfect vacation. We could hear the ocean from the lanai, and it was a short walk across the golf course to a very nice, almost secluded beach. We even saw a monk seal! The property was exactly as pictured, it was a great space with all the essentials for a great vacation. Clean, modern, great cooling system, and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home base as you explore the north shore.

Property is as described. The flight of stairs up was a bit challenging for my 85 year old dad. I thought we were on the ground floor… should have read more closely. Very clean overall with all necessities. We had requested tea towel and new ones were delivered the next morning. I wish there was a bit more info available about the Turtle Bay Area. For example, golfing- there is a discount if you stay at the hotel, but not at the estates. The trails around the property are easy and well marked for exploring or a run. The coffee shop in the hotel is delicious! Turtle Bay beach is great and we did see a turtle! Some great food trucks if you head south. Great that there were three AC units! Overall a great visit to north shore.

The property was great and in a really nice location. Lanai is small but enough to enjoy sitting outside with your coffee. The main floor bedroom was nice however the mattress was really firm (hard) for me and the AC unit was noisy. We switched to the upstairs bed and it was better and the AC unit up there was quiet. The pillows could be better too. But it's a great clean and comfortable place in a really nice location. The North shore is great. Head to Ted's Bakery just 7 minutes down the road for breakfast, lunch or early dinner! I would choose this property again when we return to Oahu.

This property is in a great location with amazing beaches and food nearby. The property managers were very attentive, and the property has everything you could possibly need. I thought the beach umbrella and snorkeling fins provided were a huge bonus. My kids loved the upstairs loft as their own little man cave. The upstairs shower was pretty small, so the boys used mine downstairs. Every room had a large TV and air conditioning. I am a researcher, and noticed that this was one of the only properties that actually had an air conditioning unit in the upstairs loft. This was a definite selling point for me and very needed. The furniture and majority of the unit has been updated, but basic (very cute, but don’t expect luxury). I wish there was a L-shaped sofa sleeper to sit on instead of a futon. I also wish the downstairs bedroom had a quieter air conditioning unit like the rest of the property. However, it did work well and to keep us cool. The rental property was very clean. Overall, I do recommend staying here and we would return. Thank you for the great stay.

Hanging out on the balcony in the morning to enjoy our coffee and other caffeine drinks was a great start to our days. The sleep was great with the beds and there was an enough room for our party of 4. Tons of birds to watch and listen to. We were close to the beach and other areas to visit. We had a great time and enjoyed out time there!

Rental was clean and fully stocked with all necessities. Beds were comfy and good pillows. Other guests have left boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. They were much appreciated!! We also appreciated the beach towels left for our use.
Turtle bay was a quick and walk- snorkeling was best in the early morning.
We appreciated the staff for letting us use their shop vac to vacuum our sandy rental car.
Kids loved seeing the huge snails and frogs at night. We loved being woken by roosters and a variety of birds.
One suggestion for owners- broom would be great to sweep up any sand we track in.

This condo is in a wonderful location on the island. It’s very clean, the beds are very comfortable, AC works great and was stocked with just what we needed. The beach chairs and boogie boards was a plus and we enjoyed using them. Would highly recommend as a comfortable peaceful stay on the North Shore.

The property was very old and dated. Typical of a 1960’s build. However no update done. The property did not reflect the pictures or the description. Very poor and disappointing!!!

Perfect. My family rented 5 condos, here. The beds where one of the most comfortable. Which was very important. We were here for our OHANA reunion. I was born in Kahuku, we come every year. I'll be coming back in October, for one of my grandchildren are dancing 💃 in Hawaii.

This was a nice condo and fit our family of 5 well! Just a note, there is not a table for eating at that fits 5! Beds were super comfy, location was great. There is a really nice pool and Turtle Bay is a short walk away!
