The unit is over 2500 square feet with three (3) spacious bedrooms: a very large king master suite with a beachfront balcony; a queen bedroom with a lanai looking out towards the bayside, and 2 twin beds in the third room. A large gathering lanai off the living area is furnished with exquisite patio furniture for your relaxation and dining as you enjoy the sunsets and surf. This luxury condo has it all when it comes to amenities for your comfort. It is exceptionally decorated and offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes a standard coffee pot plus bean grinder, blender, wok, microwave, dishwasher, all the pots and pans you could want, bowls, measuring cups- you name it, you will find it for your cooking needs. Kitchen has Granite countertops, top-line appliances, two (2) breakfast bars plus a kitchen island. A 65" Sony 4k TV with sound bar in the great room. A full-size washer and dryer are in the laundry room. No need to bring towels or beach furniture. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, floating devises, children’s sand-toys, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, shark tooth hunting equipment and more are stocked in a private beach shed. Plus, when you arrive you'll find complimentary soaps and shampoo to start your stay. Walk about six (6) blocks to fabulous outdoor/indoor beach restaurants and bars for a totally relaxed atmosphere with great food, and sit back and enjoy the live music. This is Manasota Key- relax! If you wear more than a t-shirt and shorts you might be over-dressed! Places to rent boats, wave runners or book fishing trips are less than a mile from the condo and many great golf courses a short drive away. After the sun goes down this unit provides plenty of entertainment with cards and board games. There is only one road up and down the island. This condo sits beachfront, and on the other side is picturesque Lemon Bay- perfect for kayaking/fishing. For nature lovers the # 1 ranked attraction of Stump Pass State Beach Park (a natural wonderland-so bring your camera!) is two (2) miles down the road. And be sure to take free yoga classes on the beach every morning 365 days a year- a short walk on the beach from the condo to the community beach front. There is nothing like listening to the surf right from your private balcony, and watching the most beautiful sunsets in the world as the dolphins and manatees swim by. You will not believe it, until you experience it. Lanai has beautiful furniture dining for 6 • Balcony Balcony off master bedroom with full view of ocean • Dining Room Security Deposit The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of Check-Out date provided no deductions are made due to: • Damage of property or furnishings • Excessive dirt, sand, laundry or other mess requiring extra cleaning • Missing property: towels, hair dryers, home furnishings, etc. • Violation of occupancy (no more than 6 persons including children) • Loss of keys • Smoking or pets in the condo • Costs Lessor may incur due to violation of rental/condo rules and regulations Property Damage: The property will be examined upon departure by a property manager. If anything should not be in working order upon your arrival please contact property owners immediately. Excessive dirt/laundry: Renters are expected to keep up with cleaning and laundry. Cleaning supplies are provided. No more than overnight towels and sheets may be left for the cleaning service.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! It is literally steps away from a very private beach. Barb has provided everything anyone could possibly need! She has gone out of her way to be sure the stay makes you feel at home. The condo is very clean and is decorated so beautifully. It is spacious and extremely comfortable! We have never stayed in a condo that was furnished quite like this! If you are looking for a quiet, low key, "get away from it all" kind of vacation, this is the place to be! We are so grateful to have found such a gem! Thank you for being so accommodating!

We had a great time. Barb is a great host and is super responsive. The little things such as the corner workout station and the phone/tablet charger on the kitchen counter. The condo is super stocked and we paid it forward. We would stay again. The beach was excellent and was not crowded. Thanks Barb!

I rented this Condo for a week as a Christmas gift to my family. It was absolutely everything I hoped for. Plenty of room, great location, stunning updated furnishings and decor. The Condo was equipped like no other I have ever rented. The owner was hands on and easily accessible. All for the makings of a perfect week filled with memories to last a lifetime. We all look forward to returning.

Great condo. Had a spacious kitchen, perfect for me doing the cooking and the rest of the family ‘sharing’ the space while I cooked. Bedrooms were great. Bathroom clean. Loved the code for locking and unlocking the front door. One of the best things for us was the charging station for our electronics. This is the 1st place we’ve stayed that had one. The balcony provided great views of the Gulf. I highly recommend end the condo.

We have always wanted to stay right on the beach with a perfect view of the gulf and this property delivered that and more. We had an unobstructed view from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. It was gorgeous to wake up and see and hear the waves lapping. We could have our coffee on the balcony and then head down to walk the beach for shark’s teeth. We found over a hundred!
The condo was very clean and beds and pillows extremely comfortable. I want to buy the same stuff for our house back home! Also all the rooms are spacious and the whole house well decorated.
The owner was so wonderful to deal with as well. She was always available and answered our questions quickly. We had a family situation arise while there and she was quick to provide a solution. She went above and beyond to make our trip go smoothly. She truly wants people staying at her condo to be comfortable and taken care of which we greatly appreciated.
What a beautiful condo and it’s close to some amazing restaurants. Magnolias is right down the road and was our favorite! Best sushi we’ve ever had.

We just got back from the best place to stay; Manasota Key. We have rented a week each year here for the past several years. This condo was absolutely beautiful and literally steps from the sand and ocean! We basically had the beach to ourselves because the condo is situated away from the public areas! The owners provide everything you need for the beach; chairs, toys for kids, floaters and an umbrella! This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was so so clean! There are plenty of very comfortable beds for us all. We loved the clean beachy decor. Lots of room for suitcases and personal belongings. The very updated kitchen was huge with plenty of room for 4 of us that like to cook. Everything you need is provided and the huge dining room table accommodated us all with lots of room! It also was big enough for a 2000 piece jigsaw puzzle! We did eat out several times at the local places that are in walking distance. Our favs were Lock N Key, Geraldis pizza and Waverly. We absolutely loved being able to go out on the balcony (which the owners have made very private with decor and bamboo screening) when the sun was hot because there is a wonderful overhang that shades the entire balcony overlooking the beach. Watching the sunsets from the balcony was a real treat for people in our group that couldn’t go down and watch from the beach! In the living room there is very new sectional couch that fit us all + a few visiting people; great for conversation. Two parking spaces are provided which worked out great! I forgot to mention there is an elevator that was great for our elderly mom and for luggage! And there is a wonderful HUGE hot tub in the back of the property. All in all, this luxurious condo was everything to us as we visited with family… thanks Barb for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

We were blown away when we entered this beautiful, massive condo! We’ve never heard of Manasota Key prior to booking this trip but wanted 3 bedrooms on the beach and we were very limited with those restrictions. We took a chance and it turned out wonderful! The condo is beyond words, so large, beautifully decorated and the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed at. We had plenty of all the necessities a beach vacation could ask for! We enjoyed the area too since it seems not to be over crowded with tourists. The beach had well over 50 turtle nests they seemed to be hatching daily! We witnessed several baby turtles making their way into the ocean. While kayaking on the bay we were joined by a mother and baby dolphin swimming around us and manatees as well. Communication with Barb was top notch…she rapidly responded to any questions and kept us informed prior to and during our trip! If we ever plan a gulf trip in that area again we’ll defiantly choose the same condo in Manasota Key!

This condo is amazing. A lot of room for 6 people. The inside is clean beautiful and very comfortable. The check in process was so easy the owners made everything so simple for me to rent this condo. They sent me everything I needed for check in/out weeks before my arrival and also sent me nearby airports since we were flying in from out of state. Beach was beautiful quite and water was clear. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Amazing condo!
Barb’s condo is immaculate, extremely well decorated, and comfortable. Beach access is easy and there were plenty of beach items for us to use. We saw dolphins, manatee, and a manta ray right off our beach! This condo is about a mile north of the center of activity and the beach is much less crowded, which we like. A bit too far to walk to restaurants in our opinion, but driving is not an issue or you could call Stumpy’s golf carts. We have been vacationing in Englewood for 12 years and rented multiple places and Barb’s is the most beautiful by far. I can’t say enough about how clean and comfortable it is! Thank you!!

Well provisioned, clean and beautiful. We had great time. We kept saying that the home is actually even better in person than it is in the pictures. Everything was immaculate. Barb was an amazing host. Clear communication and very helpful. Plenty of space for all of us. Highly recommend this location and will be back in the future. Very relaxing location, the views are great.

The condo is so beautiful and spacious. It is really well appointed, and very clean. I loved the tasteful decor and warm, beach-y feel of the condo. The linens and furnishings were of high quality- which I appreciate. My husband loved the 65"! The place is fully stocked with all the cookware and gadgets you could need- and some basic spices provided as well! I was especially thankful for the beach amenities (towels, chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, boogie boards- everything you could want). A special touch is complimentary soaps and shampoo getting us through the first couple of days. There is no need to bring anything other than clothes. Most spectacular is the view of the gulf, and the easy access to the beautiful beach. I loved early morning beach walks- you can walk for hours along the ocean. The condo sits directly on the gulf with a large lanai plus balcony off the master bedroom. Every evening we had the most amazing sunsets while watching dolphins swim by. It was the most peaceful and relaxing vacation ever. If you want to eat out, the island restaurants are fantastic- great food, with music every night and an easy stroll down the beach to get to them if you like to walk. We can't wait to return. And we would definitely stay at this condo again.

Our family of four could not have hoped for a more beautiful, relaxing place to call home for 10 days! The views were incredible and the home so comfortable and accommodating. We had everything we needed and more. Being right on the beach was so convenient. The owners have provided all beach towels, chairs, toys, and other items you could possibly need. The home itself is well stocked with kitchen tools, linens, even games and a few books. We felt like we were in the lap of luxury! We were there during the recent tropical storm and would have missed so much had we been in any other location. Being right on the beach meant we were able to come and go between rain storms and even enjoy those from our covered back balcony! Close to shops, restaurants - walking distance to several! We were so pleased with our stay! The owners were quick to respond to all our pre check in questions and once we were there, we had no needs at all thanks to their preparation for our stay. We just can’t say enough good things about it! We love Manasota Key. It’s quiet and the perfect place to relax and be refreshed! We hope to be able to stay again in the future. We were spoiled here....no other place will do now! I would highly recommend choosing this location for your vacation! You will not be disappointed 😊
