Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The open-plan living area is warm and welcoming, with a large smart TV streaming Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and more. A queen memory foam pullout sofa offers flexible sleeping space, and the room flows naturally toward the screened patio and pool - making indoor-outdoor living effortless. Room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning keep the atmosphere comfortable throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four themed bedrooms. Two king suites offer restful nights complete with smart TVs and ceiling fans. The Harry Potter bedroom brings the magic to life with a full and twin bed, while the Star Wars room features two twin beds - guaranteed to delight younger guests. The master king suite includes direct access to the screened patio and pool through sliding glass doors, plus a private ensuite with a bidet and a jetted soaking tub.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a GE refrigerator, Whirlpool stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheet, drip coffee maker, Keurig, wine glasses, and all the cookware, dishes, and silverware you need. Granite countertops and an air fryer round out a setup ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Pull up a seat at the dining table inside, or take the meal outdoors to the shaded patio dining area. A charcoal and electric BBQ grill is also available for cookouts.

Game room & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is a crowd-pleaser at any age - featuring a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, arcade games, and life size games. Board games, children's books, and toys for all age groups are also on hand, along with a dedicated children's playroom. There's no shortage of ways to fill an evening in.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a screened-in backyard with a private heated hot tub - included with every reservation - and a private pool with lounge seating and a shaded outdoor dining area. The pool is available year-round, open 24 hours, and weekly pool maintenance is included. The outdoor playground and community resort amenities - including tennis courts, a splash pad, volleyball and basketball courts, a clubhouse, and a playground - add even more space to roam.

Work & connectivity
Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door make it easy to stay connected if you need to. An Ethernet connection is also available.

For families & pets
The home is packed with family essentials: a crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and babysitter recommendations are all provided. Small pets up to 50 lbs are welcome - house guidelines apply. A single-level layout means no stairs throughout.

The home has a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is conveniently located right off Highway 27 with easy access to I-4, making it a great commuter location. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

Overnight street parking is only allowed with a valid parking pass issued by the HOA. Guests must notify us before check-in if they will need overnight street parking so we can arrange the required pass in advance.

Vehicles parked overnight on the street without a valid pass may be towed at the owner’s expense. We are not responsible for any towing fees or related issues.

Please note that overnight parking at the Clubhouse is strictly prohibited.
