About this villa rental
New Home! A Yamaha gas golf car, 2-seater with USB phone chargers is included with the rental - a value of over $200 per week. Also included are two Resident Lifestyle passes - saving you $50 - and the ability to obtain additional guest passes at no charge.
Well-decorated and maintained, the home has luxury vinyl flooring/tile and lovely, cordless window shutters throughout. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker (and backup large pot coffee maker), blender, mixer, baking utensils, and an ample supply of high quality dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and cookware. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, wi-fi, cable TV, and Smart TVs with voice remote in the living room and master bedroom. Beach towels are provided for days at the village pool or the beach. This home can also be supplied with a portable crib/playpen and high chair for families with very young children if requested in advance (no additional charge).
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a walk-in shower in the master bath. The guest room is a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and office with a desk, printer, and office supplies (pens, pencils, clips, etc.) There are also several board games and puzzles to enjoy.
In addition to the living and dining area (seats 6), the home has a large screened lanai in back, and is enclosed with a brick wall and tall privacy fences.
Rentals are 21-days or longer with few exceptions. For long term rental of 30 days or more, the renter must be at least 55 years of age.

This home was in our preferred area and we were very pleased with the courtyard villa neighborhood , cleanliness of this home, the decor was beachy and classic. My wife appreciated the clean kitchen and plenty of cooking pans etc. we think the big show me the money is the private location view beyond the veranda wall and beautiful lanai. We did not hear any”white traffic noise” nor neighbors. We could have walked to Fenny Grill etc but drove the great golf cart.

Great location, close to Red Fox and Grey Fox golf courses and Hummingbird pool which was convenient. The house was great, very clean and had everything we needed, with the golf cart included. Communication with the owner was great, Jeannine was responsive immediately to any of our questions/concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

This is our second visit in this fantastic home in the village of Fenny! We love the area and the home. Plenty of golf and wonderful restaurants and other fun activities. The weather was beautiful and we plan on coming back again next year. We couldn’t ask for better hosts! Very responsive on any of our concerns.
