About this house rental
Welcome to Sunset Cove! An East facing resort-style home with beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The home comes with 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Huge outdoor lanai with heated saltwater pool and spa. Fully stocked chef’s kitchen, washer, and dryer, Wi-Fi, and SmartTVs in every room. Huge deck/pier to fish off of and with plenty of space to park your boat. Short access to the gulf and either a short boat ride or drive to multiple waterside restaurants and bars. The home was recently acquired and has all new furnishings.

Beautiful House and wonderful amenities! They thought of everything and more and the house is so comfortable. Kevin responds so quickly and is available for anything you need. The beds are very comfortable. We had an amazing time.

The pool was way to warm, and there was a cooler attached to the system but was not able to use it. Location was great. Was a little disappointed that it wasn't 3 actual suites. The 3rd bedroom's bathroom was in the hall not attached. I must have misunderstood the listing, but it still worked out. The tv's were a little confusing until you learned how to use them. We had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Kevin was great at responding to my questions.

I can’t say enough about our stay it was amazing! The house was beautiful equipped with everything you need. The pool was fantastic and communication with the host was great! We hope to stay there again next year.

The property was fantastic. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. The pool and spa were the highlight of the property, offering exceptional canal views and incredible sunsets. The dock was another great feature — we used it for fishing during the day and enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The host was communicative and very responsive to any questions or minor issues.We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Cape Coral area.
