Nestled in Solana Beach, this attractive condo for $328 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. End your day with a glass of California wine in hand watching the sunset from the bluff. Priceless! This family friendly unit renovated in 2020 (new carpets installed late 2022) has a fresh feel with comfortable furnishings. Open the sliding doors in the living room and step out on the balcony to enjoy the Pacific breezes while barbecuing. Gorgeous bathrooms are modern and clean. Because the owners use this sanctuary themselves, they've appointed it with amenities to make it easy to arrive and settle in quickly. Featured is a home cook’s kitchen, multicolored Fiestaware of every size imaginable, and quality mattresses and linens. WiFi, gated parking and many other amenities that create your welcoming ''home away from home''. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, enclosed patio, and private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. A crib is available for the little one. New 50" TV installed in living room in summer 2021 and each bedroom has a tv. There is a full-size washer and dryer and beach chairs, umbrella, toys and boogie board are ready to go at a moment's notice. Seascape Sur, set on the bluff above the ocean, is known as the "Jewel of the Bluff" and no wonder why; the gated complex is beautifully maintained with gardens so lush you would think you were vacationing in the tropics! Koi ponds, turtles, waterfalls and a babbling brook compliment the two swimming pools, two jacuzzis and tennis courts (all within a quick one minute walk from the front door). Beach access stairs are located right at the edge of the property getting you on the sand in no time. Solana Beach is laid back walking community with the Del Mar Racetrack being only a 15-minute stroll away. There are many restaurants and cafes for all tastes and budgets within easy walking distance and dozens more just a short drive away. Cedros Avenue’s fashionable shopping and Sunday's Farmer's Market is a close 10-minute walk away. Close by, on the 101, are many bike shops including a bike rental on the corner of Lomas Santa Fe. Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park and La Jolla are all an easy drive. The Solana Beach train station is a 10-minute walk so you can ride up to Disneyland or any of the other coastal towns easily and efficiently. There is beach access, a playground and basketball court at Fletcher Cove, again, so close: a 10-minute walk. Unique benefits: A one-floor condo where the bedrooms are quiet and you can hear the birds sing. The grounds are full of fragrant flowers, always very well maintained and it's just a pleasure to walk to the bluff to watch the sunset or sunrise. People are always running, cycling and walking their dogs on South Sierra and it just feels so welcoming. There is a farmer's market every Sunday in the summer and it's just a 10 minute walk away. There is a gym across the street and yoga and Pilates studios within a 5 minute walk. We just love Southern California and especially Solana Beach! In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. This unit is not air conditioned. Fireplace is non-functional. Two tandem parking spaces in underground garage. Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. We had a great stay here. We loved the pool and close beach access. The home had everything we could want and was the perfect place to relax after a long day of playing and sightseeing. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. You can’t beat the location for uncongested access to Solana Beach.

We spent 9 nights at Seascape Sur #5. The apartment was more than we could have expected. In addition to the apartment being immaculate everything looked new and in good condition. There are three televisions, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in closet and bathrooms that appear on par with some of the nicest hotels. Also a free garage spot.

It’s very close to the ocean so we went there a bunch of times too. I brought my electric scooter and went down the 101 visiting different coffee shops restaurants and breweries. This might’ve been our best vacation to San Diego. I’m definitely coming back!

Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Arrived late on Christmas Eve, and the real estate company was very helpful in accommodating our arrival. Great view of the beach and ocean from the other side of the condo complex. Finally, Solana Beach was the perfect place to stay. It had a nice medium sized town feel, while still being only 15 to 30 minutes from all places of interest in LaJolla and San Diego.

We arrived on Christmas Eve and left very early and the real estate company made it easy. Nice two bedroom apartment. Although our apartment only had a street view, there was a great lookout spot over the ocean on the other side of the condo complex. Also, Solana Beach was a good place to stay, artisan coffee places and great public gym across the street. Would definitely go back.

I think this is almost the first time this property has been stayed in / reviewed, so I’ll give some detail. Overall nice place, we paid $275 per night in early Sep so I’d say ok value. Lots of +ves: very well provisioned kitchen, linens, beach going kit, BBQ, modern renovation, I’d consider staying again. BUT, as with most HOA’s lots of rules and regs which can be difficult to abide by with kids (minimal noise at pool - one resident was out twice complaining of noise when kids were having fun, so had to ask them constantly to be quiet) and it looks onto the road (not so nice) and trees (nice but makes it dark in living areas). Stubbs team we’re great-allowed us to borrow step stool and Boogie Boards for our trip... and sorted any minor probs we had. Hope helpful for future renters!

A great place to stay!
We had a great time staying in this condo and would highly recommend. If we come back, I am sure to try to rent this place again. The complex has its own private access to the beach, close to shops, restaurants and the horse track. It was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen in terms of plates, appliances etc... a washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus as well. Can’t really find anything “bad” about it. There was some confusion when trying to get the keys, but it was handled very quickly and everything else was perfect!

Lovely property and location
We absolutely loved our stay at Cynthia's property. It was sparkling clean and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. We appreciated that it was a gated community - plus offered a designated parking spot. Since the units are perched on a bluff overlooking the ocean, you have to go up and down some steps, but trek is well worth it. The secluded beach had less crowds, but supplied a lifeguard. The bluffs are a great place to catch the sunsets!
I would highly recommend staying at Cynthia's unit if you're looking for a place north of San Diego.

Great Solana beach location
We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Solana beach. The condo is located in a great location that is family friendly and quiet. The pool and tennis courts in the complex are both very close. It is an easy walk down the Bluffs to nice beach. The apartment is very good size, and well stocked.

This place is a beautiful slice of Southern California. The grounds are amazing, with beautiful flowers everywhere. It’s a short walk to the bluff with stair access to the beach. You are close to lots of food and beverage options. The condo is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

a nicely appointed, well maintained 2 bedroom condo. fully equipped - and with a responsive owner who is determined to answer questions asap. the unit is brightly lit and comfortable. a homey - but not pristine - atmosphere throughout. ( a definite plus for us.) the condo association itself lacks a method to remotely grant access to guests - which is a pain - but is no fault of this unit. my only caveat would be directed to any rentor who might have trouble with steps. with that caveat noted, I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

Condo was Lovely
My daughter and I would like to thank you for your courtesy, and for the beautiful vacation that we experienced in Solana Beach. The condo was lovely , and very comfortable and had a very sweet energy in it. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the grounds, and of course the beauty of feeling so close to the beach. We did need to restock some of the basics, and talked with Melissa, who immediately provided us with what we needed in order to follow the check out instructions. She included a bottle of wine so was so thoughtful, and added a very nice touch! She was very friendly, and I only wish I had had a chance to say hello to her, but we were out. We would love to stay with you again. I used to live in Del Mar and worked in Solana Beach, and I had a lovely walk down memory lane!!

Simply amazing...
Seascape Sur is an absolutely beautiful complex with stunning landscaping throughout. This unit had everything we needed for our extended stay. Pictures posted were accurate. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. We walked to town many days and had easy access to the beach. Sunsets were spectacular!!! The owner, Cynthia and her property manager, Melissa were great to work with and helped me with my check-in since I was a senior, traveling alone at the beginning of my stay. This vacation was just what the doctor ordered and may I add that while I was in California, 3 Noreasters hit the East Coast. I would definitely return to this unit. Thank you!
