The property is a good property for a family stay. However, don't expect the pool fountains to be running as pictured in the photos. Those have to be manually turned on by the pool company and they automatically go off after an hour or so. When we first arrived the pool filters weren't running and there was a film on it but the property manager was very responsive and sent someone out the same day. There were some general maintenance issues that need addressed that I messaged them about but were not fixed while we were there but hopefully they will fix them. The bathroom toilet paper holders were falling off and need remounted or replaced in several bathrooms. The cushions on the furniture out back need replaced as they are dilapidated and older looking. There are only 3 lounge chairs by pool and picture shows 4. Lights in closets are super dim so it's hard to see. We loved the large island in kitchen and the two living room areas. Overall it's a nice place to stay for a large family vacation and the things I mentioned here could easily be fixed.

Very solid property. Clean and well kept Manager was attentive and easy to work with. The house has been nicely upgraded. We would stay here again. To earn a 5 star a few issues should be addressed. AC does not cool all rooms well. A couple of plugs did not work. Slow draining sinks in some baths. Bird poop all over front entrance. Neighbor has an RV in drive and a work truck with a trailer of equipment parked on street. Detracts from experience. Overall a good 4 star property.
