Nestled in Kachina Village, this lovely house for $200 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Pine Haven is a warm and inviting home that is tastefully furnished and features an incredible wrap around deck with pine tree views. The deck is sublime for everyone to hang out. There is Plenty of seating, a gas fire pit for ambiance and a gas BBQ grill. The home is situated in a quiet cul de sac with 7 other homes in the Kachina Village suburb of Flagstaff. It is central to many of the area attractions: 5 miles to Flagstaff and NAU, 25 miles to Sedona, 90 minutes to the Grand Canyon, and 3 miles to the airport. Pre-approved dogs will be considered. Please provide details to the property manager. Pets are 25 per dog per visit. This is your perfect getaway to just relax or use as your home base. This comfortable home is 1350 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and parking for 2 vehicles. There is a gravel walkway with shallow stairs 4 feet apart and 3 stairs to enter the home. Heating is central and there is no AC. The master bedroom is upstairs with its own full bathroom, a small walk-out deck and a king-sized bed. 2 smaller bedrooms are downstairs with queen-sized beds. It has a galley style kitchen with a dining room with seating for 4. The partial wrap around deck is stunning with pine tree views, a gas fire pit, lots of seating, a large canopy table, and a gas BBQ grill. Great hiking and biking is practically right out your door! Pine haven will provide you serenity and calm as you enjoy the pine tree views and mountain fresh air. You will feel at home and at ease with all the comforts you need to enjoy your perfect vacation. This was the perfect home for our family to stay in. We even took the dog and had no issues. Things were clean and communication was excellent! The perfectly timed snowfall was a bonus. This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in and hope to return soon.

Quiet place on cul-de-sac. Close to highway and Flagstaff, but away just enough for peace and quiet. Open floor plan with many windows and skylights to enjoy the pines and night sky. Clean and verywell maintained.Very enjoyable stay.

Great location, very close to the venue where our son got married. The house was very clean, and well-equipped. Lovely views from the deck. Things to consider: The lighting along the gravel/RR tie steps is poor. we had to use cellphone flashlights to make our way in the dark. A bit unnerving for 4 seniors. Master bedroom: outlet on interior wall between bath and bedroom is not secure. Phone charger would not stay in either the top or bottom socket. Had to stand an upright suitcase against it every night. One bedside lamp bulb blew out which we replaced, one did not work at all. Couldn't locate ironing board/iron. Can opener was funky, 4 of us couldn't figure it out. (could be just us..;) Ended up opening can with a large knife.

Went up just for a weekend getaway. Had everything we needed. Nice cabin with a deck among the trees but still close enough to Flag if you need something. Host communicated well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the comforts of home. Beautiful deck area in the pines trees. All amenities provided. Dogs loved watching the squirrels from the patio. A quick 7 mins. to Flagstaff and restaurants. Will look forward to our next stay.

Nice older property that is dog friendly with a great deck in the trees. It’s close to hiking trails and a short drive to Flagstaff. Matt the property manager was very helpful. I would stay here again

Beautiful cabin fully furnished. The only thing I would suggest is a full sized king comforter on the master bed. We found every time we turned over… one of us had no covers. Other than that..a great place!

Super easy check in and out. Good communication with property manager. The place was very clean and nicely off the beaten path. We only stayed 2 Nights and basically just slept there as we were busy exploring during the day, but the place was well stocked for cooking if you chose to do so. The only complaints are that the bedrooms are small and cramped if 2 people are staying in them. Also, the beds in both bottom floor rooms were very uncomfortable to us. The place is in need of some updates, it's rather dated and has some wall switches that didn't turn anything on or off that we could see. The first night we were there we were awakened at 2am by some loud and obnoxious rap music by a property below. Who clearly did not follow the quiet time rules.. Overall it was a nice place, great location but I wouldn't go there again with 5 people. I think with a family of 4 it would be great.

Absolutely lovely home. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The gas fireplace in the living room was perfect, we used it every evening. Communication with management was great, all our questions were answered promptly.

We had a wonderful time at this perfectly located home. We sled right outside of the house and enjoyed warming ourselves by the fire in the evening. The owner was so responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again if it’s available !

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood just south of Flagstaff with public hiking trails right in the neighborhood. Matt was a great host and communicated well with us. The kitchen was well stocked with salt, pepper, other spices, and oils (some presumably left behind by previous guests). There were plenty of dishes, knives, cutting boards, pots and pans, etc. We mainly cooked in a ceramic coated cast iron skillet as the remainder of the skillets were non-stick. If you're sensitive to non-stick cookware, consider packing your own cast iron or stainless steel. The pots were also non-stick coated. These aren't complaints, just a heads up. Additional heads up. The house is lower than the parking area and the path down is rustic with no hand rails. We handled it fine, but people with mobility challenges might struggle. There's a large TV in the living room and a smaller TV upstairs that are both equipped with Roku (including Netflix). That was a nice touch. Again, just a heads up that the upstairs bedroom isn't completely private from the living room below. There is an opening that overlooks the common space. Final heads up: There are skylights everywhere. Flagstaff has a beautiful sky which is why a major observatory makes its home there. If you have to sleep in complete darkness, be aware that there are several windows in the main bedroom that allow light in at night. It's really cool though to be able to lie in bed and see millions of stars out the window. (I assumed there were millions. I didn't actually count them.) As I've stated before, these aren't gripes, just caveats for future travelers. This is a beautiful, comfortable house in a beautiful, quet neighborhood. Matt is a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

Just wanted to scope out Flagstaff with a short visit, somewhere nice but not too expensive. This home fit that bill. Clean, convenient but quiet location. Not fancy but the price was good. Very comfortable for my wife and I and our two small dogs. Enough beds to accommodate more though the additional two bedrooms aren't much larger than the queen beds they hold. The master bedroom is larger and on the second floor away from whatever else is going on in the house. Quiet spot in a rural community just south of Flagstaff. We’ll be back.

Exactly as listed. The beds were very comfy with down pillows and comforters. We enjoyed the peaceful deck and loved having the fire table to keep us warm. Our dogs were happy that there was a forest trail down the hill. The cul-de-sac was quiet and well kept. Most of all, thanks for the coffee! We definitely would like to stay here again.

Matt hosted our family of four and our two dogs. The setting was ideal for getting to downtown Flagstaff and nearby trails. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools necessary for making great meals. We loved the spacious living area, both inside and out (a good porch for watching the birds and the trees). We really enjoyed our time there and hope to return on our next visit to Flagstaff.

The host pays attention to all of the little details and the place is well stocked with anything you would need. The host was easy to get ahold of and informed us we could check in early. We are looking forward to returning to this home on our next trip Flagstaff.
