Situated in Chikaming Township, this lovely condo for $140 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Great Studio cottage located in Union Pier, Michigan on the lakeside of Red Arrow Highway is ideal to everywhere in beautiful Harbor Country. It’s only 90 minutes from Chicago. A place to renew, refresh, and relax. The area is experiencing exciting new updates while keeping a small beach town feel. Self guided wine tours and breweries are available. Many food options are nearby from tasty breakfast cafes to full formal dining. Weekends offer a fresh farmer’s market and seasonal fruit picking. Antique treasure shopping or find one of a kind arts and crafts in nearby Sawyer and Three Oaks. Try your luck at Four Winds Casinos with music entertainment throughout the year. Our cottage is the middle unit of three studio bungalows with its own designated parking. Oversized vehicles can park on the street. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator/ freezer, table/ chairs, electric cooktop, microwave, outdoor grill, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils/ plate ware for your dining needs. In addition to the king size bed, we offer a pull out Queen sofa sleeper for the kids or extra adults. There is wireless internet and a smart TV accessing multiple streaming services. Cable TV is not available but you can cast video from your mobile or iPad. We have beach towels, insulated cooler bag, umbrella / chairs and kiddie toys for the beach. After your sunny day at the fine sandy Lake Michigan shores come back to the cottage to relax with your favorite beverage. Sit out on the patio looking out to the expansive courtyard. At night, stroll back to the beach taking in its wonderful tree lined path to watch the stunning sunset and marvel at the starry night sky. Besides Berrien Beach, the Warren Dunes is about 15 minutes away. In May, check out the Tulip Festival in Holland. Spend a day kayaking or fishing in the beautiful Galien River. Come in the Fall for the bountiful pumpkins. Year round there are art festivals, wine festivals, fall color changes and winter skiing. This area is not just a summer place! It's a nice property, but a bit smaller than we had expected. It's very close to the beach and restaurants, which is nice. There is no TV cable service, so I'm glad I brought my tablet to watch our regular TV shows (it was raining for two days). The internet speed was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Plenty of storage for our clothes too.

This is a nice property. Very comfortable and well equipped. The listing states no pets, but there have been cats there. My allergies bothered me all weekend. I would stay here again.

The cottage had everything we needed and is a short walk to Whistle Stop Grocery which has great coffee, baked goods and sandwiches. We biked to New Buffalo and Sawyer along Lakeshore Road which was a beautiful way to take in the area.

The place is super clean and the interior looks like brand new. Everything you would need was provided. The lawn in the front is huge. The location is perfect. Just short walk to the beach. Small bakery and store just around the corner. Would definitely book again.

Comfortable bed and good location in regard to the beach, restaurant, and grocery store. Biggest issue was poorly draining shower. Also, the fan remote did not work, and there was lipstick on the wine glass.

Everything about this place was wonderful with one tiny exception… Anyone that may be in the least bit physically, handicapped, beware… gravel Parking lot is far from your entrance…Then you have a long walk down a winding uneven Flagstone path to get to your door. Cane bound husband had a great deal of difficulty!

Property was clean and nicely decorated. It was in a great location, close to a restaurant, grocery shop and the beach. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable cottage.

This is a great little place, close walking distance to the clean beach area of Berrien St. public beach. Super clean, host was very accommodating & responsive to questions. Comfy bed, nice shower. For lots of rental houses in a small area, was nice & quiet; we had a wonderful few days' break from reality & slept great! Thank you!

This was the cutest place! Perfect location to the restaurant and beach. My only regret is not booking it for a longer duration of time. Shower was huge and a perfect place to clean up after a long day at the beach. I didn’t want to leave the super comfy king sized bed! I hope to book the same place next summer too!

This was the perfect spot to stay. Easy access to the lake and restaurants. The studio was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped to care for our toddler between going to the beach and exploring the area.

This was our “beach stop” on a much larger trip through Michigan. Super safe neighborhood. Super clean. Walk to the beach was approximately 5 minutes. Several families at the public beach created a family friendly atmosphere. Cute little coffee/sandwich shop just a few steps away, which was really helpful. But not so close that it was a problem. A restaurant was also a few steps away but we never went. Short drive to wineries, breweries and New Buffalo. Owners lived close by and were very nice and helpful.

Wife and I spent a few day in Union pier to celebrate our anniversary. Property was perfectly situated with a quick walk to a beautiful beach that was easy to find soace. Food and shopping in New Buffalo and St. Joseph close by. Home was clean, spacious and well appointed.

We had a 3 day weekend getaway here with our daughter. Perfect location for a quick bite/coffee at the corner shop and a nice walkable distance to a public beach. If you want to go to New Buffalo Beach you’re less than 10 minute drive from downtown & all the great spots (Stray Dog, Redamak’s, Nancy’s, Oink’s, etc). Great location!

We loved our stay at this property. Dave’s place is clean, well appointed and very charming. We were less than a five minute walk to the beach which was beautiful! We could also walk to the Whistlestop for coffee and the Red Arrow Roadhouse for dinner. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The bungalow was even better than advertised- perfectly outfitted, clean, and larger than the pictures reflected. We had a wonderful time in the area and enjoyed returning to watch movies and snuggle in at night. I highly recommend you rent this property.

Great place, location, clean and very nicely decorated. Has all the amenities for a quiet weekend get away. With in walking distance to several eateries too. Comfy king size bed with soft towels. Look forward to returning.
