This was a lovely first floor apartment in a great community. Lots of pools from which to choose. Close to Old La Quinta. The apartment was well appointed and clean! Our host was very communicative as well. Would definitely recommend!

Overall an excellent stay at Mark's place. He is very helpful and responsive. His place is lovely, clean, has 2 great porches and importantly was close to the lap pool, gym as I was recovering from an injury so my mobility was more limited. We would stay here again!

Legacy Villas is a great resort with access to everything - pools, golf, tennis, food, shopping etc. The property is in a great location at the resort. It is cute and comfortable and suited our group of 5 perfectly. We liked being on the ground floor with easy access to the main pool and a smaller one right next to it. Enjoyed walking to the cute town of La Quinta and sitting on the patio in the evenings. Would highly recommend this property as we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Had a great stay. The kids loved the location and especially liked exploring the property and reading in the hammocks by the clubhouse
