About this house rental
Located approx. 6 miles to the park entrance gate.

Beautiful Peaceful Riverfront with river flowing through the rear yard (can be seasonal) & spectacular views from the large deck, windows and Master Suite Balcony. Game room w/ Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Pac Man, Many Board & Outside Games to help Make Your Memories Amazing. Very nice front and rear lawn to play games or for the children to play. Bicycle through the area or Take a really nice walk.
Very quiet and safe area. Easy to find. One of the few lots that you can see the river and yards from inside the house and there's not a huge drop to get to the river. Even if the river is dry the riverbed is full of Beautiful Black Rocks/Boulders.
This is a no host rental. A few days prior to your arrival date you will be sent your entry code. There is a local person if you are in need of personal service.

Experience the wildlife which can include Many Turkey's, Deer, Ducks, Quail, Many Beautiful Birds, squirrel's, mountain lions (I have neve seen one) maybe an Occasional Bear. The house/Three Rivers is located in a mountain are so there is bugs, insects, mosquitoes and spiders.
Reviews... if you see a review that makes you skeptical please ask. A poor review is generally a result of a guest getting called out on breaking the rules, such as booking for five then bringing MANY MORE or an unauthorized pet.
Quiet time is from 9pm to 9am.
At time we may have to change furnishings.

Very clean, the host was great to work with. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with spices, small appliances, various size pots and pans other kitchen necessities that you don't realize you need until you do, and also sharp knives! Thankful for that. Basics like detergents and soaps were available as well as foil and plastic wrap.Lots of games and activities, great for down-time with teens, our favorite was pool and table tennis. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the stream right in the backyard, we had several cold soaks. I did have to contact the host directly and she was prompt, which is why I gave 5 stars for communication. I did have a problem with VRBO not getting my messages to her through the app.Three Rivers is a cute town and the parks are near, (up a long winding road). If you need groceries, plan to travel to Visalia. We enjoyed our trip and stay!

We stayed in Three Rivers house for three nights while visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon. This was a perfect location with beautiful drives to both locations. The deck was perfect for relaxing and listening to the stream in the afternoon and the firepit was great for after dinner talks about the day. House was just as described, perfectly clean and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, even a cooler which was so great to have for picnics. Plenty of extras throughout! Would be great for a big family visit as it had a game room with 3 game tables. Host was very responsive to all questions we had.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We genuinely enjoyed our time here, kids had a blast, amazing backyard and would be happy to return for another visit

The property manager was awesome. Came over late at night to try to fix 2 TVs that didn't work. She got one going. It was a lovely place. Not there for long, but would definitely recommend it.
