We are also willing to accept a cat. - Dock is not functional to store a boat at this time and not allowed. - Pool Heat Fee: Additional $21 per day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
