Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #315, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and pleasant appointments throughout.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins
The Saint Simons Grand has recently reconsidered the scope and timing of the previously announced exterior renovation project. As part of this process, the community is obtaining an additional professional opinion before finalizing the project scope and construction schedule. As a result, the previously anticipated September 6, 2026 start date is no longer applicable, and there is currently no confirmed construction start date. Once the timing and outcome of this additional review is known, we will share updated information with our guests promptly.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! This condo was perfect for three adult women to enjoy a beach getaway, very clean, easily communicated with property management, and conveniently located without the crowds. I would not hesitate to booked the exact property again!

Had a wonderful stay . Pool was amazing restaurants were awesome.

Property is great but this unit is very dated and worn. WiFi is unreliable. Worst TV channel package with very limited HD.
Little things like shower door not closing well, kitchen utensils old and few, I’ve maker only produced crushed, etc.
