Thanks for visiting our listing, this furnished condo is a long-term rental (3 months minimum) place to relax by the pool, play golf, play tennis and more. This condominium is part of the great Stoneybrook golf community, a memorable test of championship caliber golf. The 18-hole, par-72 course plays through a landscaped highlighted by mature wooded areas, wetland preserves, ponds, and lakes creating a wonderful blend of strategic risk/reward holes. The list of amenities gets even longer inside our gated community where residents enjoy the state of the art fitness center, a junior Olympic sized pool, family activities court, basketball courts, two sand volleyball courts, tennis & pickleball courts.
This fully furnished condo has every amenity needed for your next relaxing gateway. A full kitchen, a formal dining table that seats four, a living room fully furnished with clean, comfortable furniture and a 65" Smart TV, and an office space with high speed internet. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
HOA requires a background check at least 20 business days before planned arrival (tenants must fill up HOA forms). The fee of $200 will be waived unless the outcome is not approved by HOA.
