Great location and quiet condo. Great view overlooking pond, golf course and river. This condo also has a storage unit with various sporting equipment and bikes to use. The owner Mark is very responsive. We were happy with our stay.

This condo is a beautiful, friendly and safe place to stay. The gorgeous views of the sunsets and the Manatee River are incredible. The condo has everything that you would need and is so comfortable. Mark, the owner, was always available via text and responded quickly if I had any questions or issues. Thanks so much Mark.

This place met my needs perfectly, It was clean, bright, with everything I needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well equipped, the laundry was convenient and reliable, televisions in the livingroom and both bedrooms. Located on the 4th floor, it had a lovely view of one of the golf course ponds.
