Amazing Bradenton home. An estimated 20-30 min drive to Anna Maria island and Bradenton beach. UTC mall and Ellenton outlets are located 1 exit away from this location. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home nicely decorated with items we collected from our trips.Since we love to travel and had enjoyed other hosts homes as well, we’ve decided to share our property to other travelers to enjoy our home. The home has 2 studios attached that more likely will be occupied during your stay keep that in mind they don’t share any areas with you but parking spaces.This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to shopping centers and beaches.

Easy check in process and communication.There was a note to leave thermostat at 75 or lower, and whenever we woulf set it lower it would get changed back to where it was. Temps were nearing 90 degrees outside so that part was frustrating.If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs. You are either kept up by the ceiling fan motors or noise from cars out on the main road.It was nice to be in our own space though and it is super close to Walmart for anything you might need for your trip.
