Beautifully remodeled, this house has a large, fully-fenced, private backyard and a heated saltwater pool, complete with a swim-up bar. Perfect for you to enjoy your favorite beverage without ever having to get out of the water! Very well landscaped and outfitted, the amazing yard and its large patio offer lounge seating as well as a dining area, both with oversize umbrellas, to enjoy the outdoors even in the midday sun. Bright and airy, the living room is comfortably furnished with two cozy sofas (including one with a queen-size fold-out bed), a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. It’s the ideal place to watch television, read a book, or simply take it easy after a day filled with activities. The vast and modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all the accessories you need. You will have plenty of space to cook a good homemade meal! The dining area, with a dining table for up to 6 people, and L-shaped lounge sofa, is perfect to spend quality time with family & friends. With its two ceiling fans, huge glass door & multiple windows offering a view of the stunning backyard, this space provides a breezy feeling of being outdoor. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and a desk for office duties. The second bedroom has two XL-size twin beds, a Smart TV, and a beautiful view of the yard. Both rooms have ceiling fans and luxurious linens for your absolute comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a good size combination tub/shower. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE: High-speed internet access; A/C; luxury bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; private fenced backyard; outdoor grill and seating; beach chairs & towels; Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. The home also includes a Sonos sound system that you have control over. BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa – - Bedroom 1: 1 KING (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 2 TWINS (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) BATHROOMS: There is 1 bathroom with a tub/shower in this home. KITCHEN AND DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, a Keurig machine, and a toaster. All cutlery, tableware as well as basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs. POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY. Reservations are not confirmed until processed by Vacation Living. **We require our guests to be 27 years and older to reserve a home; ID will be required after making the reservation**

We had a good stay here the outdoor area really makes the value worth it. The only downside to our stay was the smell and cleaning could have been better but other than that was a great family vacation

Had a wonderful month. The back yard and pool are maintained weekly. Gourgeous landscaping. Wonderful property manager. Very clean and kitchen is well equipped.

Appreciated the check in call to see that all was good. The outdoor pool and lounge chairs were great! And comfortable beds made for a great nights rest! Neighborhood seems very quaint and safe as well. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated stylist house close to Delray beaches. Manager was very helpful and everything was well arranged in the house. All nicely renovated. Perfect area for evening walks and just a few minutes drive to all the best restaurants in the area. It is really a great place to visit in the evening as well! Hope to return soon!
