The property accommodates up to 10 guests, with four bedrooms, five beds (one king, three queens, and one full), and two bathrooms. The living room has oversized couches, a television, a gas fireplace, and an area with a table, perfect for playing cards. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, coffee makers (regular drip machine and Keurig), dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. We provide bed linens, bath towels, and basic toiletries. A washer and dryer are also available for use. Enjoy a drink on the deck or gather around the campfire area. The outside features a gas grill, patio furniture, hammocks, and plenty of seating options for your group. Wake up, grab a cup of coffee and walk the private trails in the backyard. PLEASE NOTE: After making your reservation, you will receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and schedule your security deposit through our management system, Owner Rez. Completing both of these items is required, and will confirm the terms and conditions of your stay. The security deposit is a "hold" on your card; nothing will be charged unless damage occurs. This hold will be scheduled two days before check-in and auto-released five days after check-out.
